Anyone understands ehat hapoened with the dungeon of the endless deep freeze giveaway?

I was seeing it but had no claim button, it was saying unlocked on steam but it wasn't. I even asked in those horrible forums but no reply
Now I went to check again and it's missing all together.. I don't understand
