My family was doing good financially in that era...I owned and destroyed the console at least 6 times in my youth

Never going to happen...believe it or not, I despise the internet, particularly social sites (as I said before, this site is a rare exception)...the reason I ended up here is because the only thing strolling down the street were tumbleweeds and you can't very well be an active outdoor person by yourself.

I've grown fond enough of these forums to stick around regardless, but its another one of my reasons for not getting involved in 19 more.

I'd like to actually see real life again before I die of old age...sadly I doubt I'll succeed in that dream

If you give something much at steamgifts suddenly the giveaway area price can drop to zero means no value even you give 1000 of them. indiegala and steamgifts use almost same database same points system at any giveaway just whatever 8is here is +2 there (sharing value is total different at steamgifts) but database can be changed by persons at steamgifts with whatever they wish to be. If they dont like anything, your whole points can go down your all levels can go down. Lets say you are level 10 there and you giveaway 120is game half value like 200 of them etc. When some other person tries to give litlle bit more of that same giveaway like you do, in few months later and not liked. That new persons new 120is giveaway will be count as zero value along with your old ones, this will affect your own level and your level 10 can end up at level 3-4 whatever in a single day. Not a stable system and people controlled system. I dont like you or your country level is gone. Byebye. true or not thats my experience.

+ at indiegala you can send anything but If there is a indiegala silver value it will upgrade your account.

but at steamgifts lets say you send 100000is stuff, it will show as 120000P in their sytem but If the sharing value of that giveaway has no value setting than all of that will be count as no value, zero, zilch, nada and you will continue with your lost effort with nothing and probabily with many many negative feedbacks, some ppl they wont accept your giveaway, some of them wont give any feedback at all or give false feedback, and some will get and say no I did not get it, bla bla bla.

at indiegala feedback is 1 to 5 days but at steam gifts that feedback time is 1 month and If you have a problem, and got a negative feedback and contacted staff, giveaway winner etc. maybe even take a year to complete that feedback. Lets not forget you have a single problem at steamgifts at any giveaway they will ask you for proof, so you have to contact the winner person and talk it over but its not over. You should prove also that winner is agreed for positive feedback with evience shown to staff and proof will be shown at the same giveaway page too. Good luck with it, you may need it. Since there is no private message area, no forum at steamgifts, all you can do is email users or send them a steam friend request. lol.

Both are fundamentally different..
But IG is lacking terribly in interface and convenience
"Cheaters" and scammers are everywhere
Both have their pros and cons but IG works better as a community

SteamGifts system not perfect but it's better in every aspect. Many high level users here are scammers with fake/shovelware giveaways. Those recent shity overpriced GAs just killed whole idea of leveling, thank you very much. At SG value of that kind of games reduced to zero, retroactively (he-he). My SG level droped several times and it's hurt my feelings - but it's nessessery. IG 5 days autofeedback is no good either, at SG if you don't set feedback - you get banned. Afterall IG is a shop, giveaway/trade sections here just a bonus :I

It depends on how one thinks and what they value
But it definitely isn't better in EVERY aspect

well, another life lesson, I guess XDDD

I am not much social type guy but at ig with friends around us, with their encouragement, I write responded, created art, crafted new area topics, we warn each other for upcoming threats, got in a group that actually communicate each other without the staff allover controlling them. We have a forum, we can contact each other, we have a private system here to message each other and some insight topics what do we lilke what do we play what are we doing now or later on with a choice that we can link our steam account at our profiles or not. Without being paronoia that someone will do a trick at our steam profiles. You can be someone here, or stay anonymous, can trade here share your wishlists or just message a wonderfull gift from private or from any topic you want. I am a part of community here now because of you and ofc because of the wonderful people around us, freedom and motivation here.

in some other system is a package consisting of prove that you are right, email unknown persons, add steam friend request to unknown people, and show everything to public at your steam profile. Any minute that profile can get burned and thats the package you enrolled with it. There is no freedom no personal message mostly there is no soul.

For Curiosity I watch and use both but definatelly I wont use a soulless place all the way, a place that I will be controlled all the time. I cant be examined like a criminal all the time especially when I will buy 100 200 dollars game and give it away just like that. I want freedom in a place I have entered but mostly respect for whatever I give out there. Who can judge me when I have the power to judge them all too.
