I've never seen this site before, and I'm kinda confused... They say:

Nice! I like that you went 17". I always used to try to get bigger laptops cuz I only used them at home. But I actually take them around a lot more these days, so I was targeting something smaller. 15" was my plan, but I couldn't pass this one up. It's not exactly what I would call compact, but it still fits nicely into my bag. The power brick tho, holy cow, I have never seen one that big and heavy!

And good to reconfirm about the SSD slots. That was my biggest worry, and I didn't even notice there was a second slot, so that is pretty awesome!

15.6" monitor is the standard, I always had that size monitor and I'm quite fine with it, even if 17" would be better expecially when you don't have to carry around your laptop. I use it like a normal pc cable plugged everytime. I don't like 14" monitors they are very small I can be blind on long term if I use it

One thing I will miss about my Mac is OpenEmu. I guess RetroArch will be pretty similar, but I loved OpenEmu's UI!

I never tried OpenEmu because it is Mac, I'm always a Win user, but looking at screenshots it looks similar to RetroArch.
