today i started having a lot of problems in my computer, i did not install nothing like jacksparrow.

lot of things started popping up and openning something on win, and didnt let me do much things with mouse or keyboard, but miracuosly i remembered that i did a savepoint so i could store my win, and it did another one on day 21. which programs where affected? AWA something, but i never installed nothing from awa

I doubt awa was the problem, maybe you got a trojan clicking somewhere on the net or downloading program or game from a not secure source. Do a full scan with antivirus and malwarebyte + Ccleaner scan, then if you want to use online scanner without installing you can do it with Eset online Online Malware Detection "click on one time scanner" to download a litle program that will not install anything but just scan online your system.

i never downloaded nothing from awa, and i also alway activate the function " choose where to download",so even if it ask to download something i don't, that is the strange part, how an awa program would appear at my computer without me knowing, and without me downloading anything? it it is just a thumbs up to be aware

maybe your pc wasn't infected by awa but by something else.

wasnt possible to scan, and it was faster do use a recovery point.

Win recovery points most of times fail, don't trust too much in them.

I don't remember but a lot of them were dupes, and i suspected that there was a mix up between all the people that won at that moment, and we got the same urls for the keys.

there was a chrismas event i think(.the timer was also slowed down for the event).at the time it was possible with purchase and positive feedback to get malus reduce to 1
edit: planned which challenge you want to win in.i normally won my keys in this order chopping tree(the first win you can choose any challenge tbh),the second one on watering plants,the third one on archer(i rarely manage to win here with 10 malus though),the fourth one on dig challenge.tbh the last time i manage to win 4 keys in a day was 5 february though

Bad rats was so common, fortunally we don't see it so often in feudal challenges.

Viruses have infinite forms everyday they create new ones that's why we need to keep the antivirus updated.

Well, I know this feeling, but... it IS possible to get three keys after GA feedback. I made it several times, and I'm not a pro (sometimes it take two circles for me 'cause you know, we can't choose the levels).
Four keys? Never managed without BOTH feedback AND purchase.
