Yes they are. I followed the channel since it was created and when we were few users it was really great I won many games daily, there were challenges with other players with mini games and if you win you get a steam key. Then the channel were bigger and flooded by alts, scammer, bot and all of this ruined everything, now it is needed to given mobile number to be part of it. I can understand his decision it is good way to get rid all of those abusers, but I don't feel to leave my personal number to the channel.

I agree. If everyone loots a store, without profit, the store closes.
I just meant that it's more efficient to accumulate clams and sub or try to win a sub (in case one cannot afford it or other cases) since the games are cheaper on the store. But it's nice that GF made that option available.

Thank you I missed this I don't follow it to Discord. So on 19th March I can try to get a game with clams, I never used them I don't even know how much I have.

After Hitsquad channel made sub only I couldn't farm the coinz, but today it seems I can farm again. I suppose it was related to cookies, yesterday I deleted all cookies and now it works. I liked now he added many games to redeem with coinz but the they require too many points, I don't leave pc 24hrs connected. Until 5k max 10k is still reasonable depending on games.

I had a hard time redeeming the random key about an hour ago. Tried 3 times then refreshed the stream. The gleam thingy times out too soon now too. So thad has to be refreshed (for me) by the time I'd read the blog/forum quest. I read it coz I wanted too rather than just clicking it. I got the key in the end but yeah, it took a while longer than usual.

Brazilian has a certain cadence(?), I have no idea how well a machine translated technical jargon would be comprehensible for a native speaker without prior programming knowledge. Plus, it's a huge bummer keeping copy-pasting stuff to a translator. I know I'd get unmotivated.


I've never had to deal with that myself. I'd imagine nowadays there are libraries that deal with locales and UTF conversions.
I vaguely remember something recently on github (maybe DS4Windows) that had a problem with one locale using "." instead of "," as delimiter. Or something to that effect.


Brazil is huge. I'm pretty sure there's native books that are well translated or written from scratch.
If Brazilian schools/colleges don't lock the slides from the introductory programming classes, they are probably indexed by Google.

C'mon guys and gals, most of here by now know each other well enough that we don't need to go into extended discussions , because in online world they rarely go anywhere , they usually end up in a stalemate . If some of you can't function together either block each other or move it to dm's . Although I wouldn't like the fact that people are insulting themselfs over dm's .
This will probably sound like an empty phrase , but try to have some basic respect of each other , even if you don't like each other , don't resort to insults . We have entire world in Gamers lair , people from all across the world , ofc we won't see eye to eye on every subject .
But still , this place is created as an outlet , a place to escape reality , even for a little bit. Don't make this place another cause for you stress. The real world is enough for that .
Its not a bad idea to take some time off and come back ..... recharge your batteries and get some fresh perspective .

You don't need to trust. You don't need to give any info. You just use regular steam trade with the account I linked, and if it follow specified rules - it's automatically accepted. And of course, if for some reason regular steam trade feels too dangerous to you - nobody pushes you to use it. I posted this just in case it will be useful to someone. I gain nothing from this.
