Also...

Started to watch The Last Of Us yesterday.
And aside from the HORRIBLE miscast on Ellie's character (dude, SERIOUSLY?!) and non-canonical depiction of Fred's/Bill's relationships, the adaptation is pretty much awesome! 🍿

DBD Community Event: https://na.alienwarearena.com/steam/community-event/arena-community-event
Milestone 7 Done, DBD Skull Merchant Razor-Sharp Dual Blades and Skull Drone unlocked in Avatar section.(y)

It's 24457 of 25000 hour(s) right now, so there's a chance that the Last Milestone the 50 ARP one will be unlocked today as well. Now's the time to use the Booster if you've been waiting for it, but check the ARP logs to make sure you didn't already receive the 50 ARP reward before activating the Booster.

It was stinky, so I guess yeah))
Also, it's either should be the next one or the last one for you, 'cause I've got your bird right now)
Shouldn't there be 7 stickers? 1 for each day?
Is it just me or Indiegala showing error for any one else?🤔
I claimed it without a problem give or take 5-10 min prior to posting it here

Just this took all my effort and energy :ROFLMAO:
Looking the trackball it made me remind when I used to go to an internet pub in 90s where there were computer connected via Lan to play Quake with Microsoft EasyBall. I don't know for which misterious reason it was hooked an Easyball trackpad to play Quake, it was hassle to play with it
Doing some researches I found an article on Microsoft website (It's cool they still keep such old articles) Microsoft EasyBall Wins 1996 IDEA Gold Award, Capping Year of Widespread Critical Acclaim for Kids Input Device - Stories
Easyball was sold since 1995 one year before Quake 1996
I was looking on youtube to find someone playing fps with trackball and I found this guy playing Halo with it
Ok, then it's showing Error for me.🤔 This is the Error message I'm getting.👇
"An error has occurred
Error 30".
oh if you have try with another browser.

Another grandpa's story. Once upon a time in a penny arcade...

I was never in Japan's penny arcade so I don't know if they're like us. And when I say "like us", I mean really loud, celebrating wins and cussing at the losses.

It seemed that every Luna Park that would come to my town had a Popeye arcade - which was weird because no other arcade in town had it. I don't know if anyone played that game, on the arcade or on NES, so I'll give a short description: it's a platformer, you're catching hearts that Olive is dropping from high, you run away from Bluto and from the witch who's throwing... I don't know what she's throwing at you. I always thought she was an alcoholic and probably throwing empty wine bottles at Popeye. Anyway, sometimes a can of spinach would appear and you need to pick it up as soon as possible because - it's Popeye!

And that was our cue! As soon as Popeye's theme song would start, our whole gang would start whistling it. All people around would look at us and that poor gentleman or lady, who was at the counter selling arcade tokens, would just roll their eyes because they would suffer that same whistling every day as long as their Luna Park is in town.

But that's not even the worst example of how loud people are at arcades. I remember playing Hatris in one of our local arcades when suddenly I heard a scream: "He's dead! I killed him!"

I recognized the voice of one of my friends and he was screaming such things for a minute or two - I think he had finally beaten Final Fight or some similar game. The arcade was pretty much empty, but, being a hot summer evening, his proclamations about how he "killed him" and how he "got what he deserved" were heard outside. And outside was just passing by a policeman.

If you think that was the end of his problems, you're wrong. That policeman was also his father.

His dad came running inside with a gun in his hand and a few of us that were there just froze. Yeah, I bet he had some explanations to do at home after his father dragged him away

A long time ago, I was a fiction author, but I didn't write for decades. I find it easier to write about my past experiences like this than any fiction. I just hope I'm not boring anyone because if I do, just tell me and I'll stop. ;)
Hi silent_passenger, I "played" the NES version:

The quotation marks are because the console I had was actually called Family Game (which was my first and only console before moving to PC) and was a 🏴‍☠️ copy of the Japanese Famicom.

If my memory doesn't fail me the Popeye game was in a cartridge that contained many games, because... 🏴‍☠️

It was a game that had a lot of interesting details 💪 for what was abundant at the time.

Greetings.

Crystal Castles was the only game ever I find out it's easier to play with a trackball than with anything else. But maybe that's because the original arcade machine used a ball instead of a stick.
