can you please explain me how to get booster packs? Steam says I'm eligible for some games' packs but I got non(( and I need some very much!! 0o
Well Booster Packs are random, when someone crafts one, random people that's eligible will get the pack.
Supposely when you're higher lvl on Steam, you'll get better chance to get a Booster Pack randomly.

but @henry-hunry clearly said that he PAYED to much, so it's actually possible to buy one and not just waiting randomly?..

If you have extra cards that you don't want, instead of selling them, you can turn them into gems. In turn, when you save up enough gems, you can use them to craft a booster pack. Alternatively, I think you can just buy other people's gems on the market, so you can sort of indirectly buy booster packs.

In addition to what @klingki said, the cost of crafting Booster Packs differs from each game, but usually around 400 💎 to 900 💎.

The chances are very small at the start, and as you level up, they don't get much better. In the explanation it is written nicely that at Steam level 50 you will get TWICE the chances of a booster pack:
But nowhere does it say what percentage of pack drops is meant as a start. And this is less than 1 percent. I'm level 40+ and packs drop once a year.

Also keep in mind that if you need gems for crafting boosters, you should not exchange your cards at the "rates" offered by Steam itself in the inventory. You need to search in the relevant topics in the community, where people usually offer much higher prices. For example, if Steam offers to exchange a card for 7 gems, then in the community people (or bots) will give somewhere 50-70 for it.

Well... I've decided to use only such keys that I'm pretty sure are leggit (i.e. NOT from IG), but...I'll think about this)
Some keys always work. Some keys almost always work. For this there is a topic of non-working keys, where you can calculate everything yourself. And someone keeps some lists for the lazy. Based on this, you can decide what to do with the keys. And taking into account the frequency of keys dropping out, you can always first wait for the second, spare one, and only then boldly go for an exchange. Of course, lists and topics don't give the whole picture, but they are more than enough to avoid all kinds of misunderstandings like Time Ramesside or Zeno Clash 2.
About the ppl with more than 1000 on their wishlist - damn, I'm one of those ppl :ROFLMAO: Of course, some of those games got to my wishlist just 'cause of OpQuests or GiveeClub, but the majority I've added myself)) But I understood what you've meant there^^
It will even better explain why large lists are bad. Because how many of those games on the wish list do you actually want, and then how many of them do you actually want to play? So, calculate how great your chances of exchange are if you offer someone something that you yourself will never play.
For me, for example, if more than 40 games accumulate in my Steam wishlist, then I am already suffering. (And there are a dozen games with such prices that I don't even understand why I keep them there, because I will never buy them without a 90% discount.) For barter, I expanded it all the way to 100, but there the head almost cracked. Yes, it greatly reduces the chances of any trade-in offers, but I'll get exactly what I want.
About not being greedy - welll...
The amount offered is not about greed in any way, it is about your chances.
Although it happens :) A week ago, I talked with a person who was offered to choose how many games he was interested in from my list, because judging by the site, he was interested in everything at once, and I was interested in his one. He chose about 20 himself, and I offered 15 of them for 1. For a game that costs a dollar and a half on Steam discounts. He decided that this was not enough. As I said, people who spent $0.2 are moguls, they need to be understood.
I don't really want Laserium
First of all, you need to understand that declining is a normal practice. It's a bit of shitty, because the reasons were talked earlier, but it's normal. And it works both ways. Each profile has statistics, and the decline rate there is usually around 90%.
It is also necessary to deal with several things.
In the site settings, you can configure which offers you are ready to receive. You can exclude something, for example, games with a bad user rating, or exclude the possibility of receiving offers for games that you do not have in your wishlist. Alternatively, include the ability to receive offers for games you already own.
What you cannot exclude from proposing in these settings - add to the blacklist.
Wishlist. It's not necessarily just syncing with Steam. You can add games there directly on the site, which will expand it. This way you can keep your Steam wishlist cleaner. Well, when there are already 1000, it's probably too late, but it's possible, huh.
Counteroffers - if you are offered something, you can not only accept or refuse, but also make an offer in response. You will go through the list of games for exchange, choose the one that interests you most, and offer in return. What you can choose also depends on the settings of the site (👆). I mean, if you have checked the box that you can receive games not from the wishlist, then you can choose from the entire list of games. If only the desired - then only the desired. Everything is simple.

Just FYI. Some years ago, in russian-speaking branch of steam discussions there was a user who suggested formula of how level influences booster drop. This is totally not official, just a guess from random user, but he and some other users tested it and they say it's quite precise. According to that post, there is a cooldown after booster drop, when you can't receive new booster. This cooldown is calculated as:

336 hours / ((100% + 2 * level (rounded down to tens)) / 100) = Cooldown (hours).

So, if you are level 0 - you can only get booster for whatever game once in 336 hours, i.e. 14 days. It does not means you will receive it every 14 days, but you can't get it earlier. At level 192 it would be 336 / ((100 + 190*2) / 100) = 70 hours. Of course it's only important for people who eligible for a lot of boosters, because if you are not eligible - time until next drop will be much longer than cooldown anyway.

In general, I would say that having a lot of games where you are eligible for booster is more important than steam level. And even better - to have multiple accounts with a lot of games eligible for boosters. I wonder how many boosters owners of huge bot farms are getting daily...

is anyone have level 400+ at steam

just I want to know about free booster drop rate

like how many times a year booster pack drops ?

got my answer

Once you have gotten all of your card drops for a game you own, you have a chance of receiving a booster pack. Boosters contain 3 random cards from the set. The odds of receiving a booster pack increase based on your Steam level: +20% for every 10 levels.

I was wondering what programs are taught today?
Thats obvious without looking, Java, C#, Visual Basic, Python, possibly Ruby (and ren'py in accounting :ROFLMAO:), along with whatever is used for AI programming these days, zero interest in helping destroy the universe

Google says Scratch, Java, Python and Lua are the most common...so two out of four, not bad for a guess 🤷‍♂️
Honestly, even some indie games have trading cards so it's weird to me that Marvel's game doesn't have that. At least I know now that everything is fine with my game
::cough:: troll
You can check steamdb. Some games have no mention of cards on the store page but drop them.

a normal answer
I found it on Steam's game page - I honestly never check such things so I didn't really think about looking for that info.
Honestly so do I, I keep thinking I own this and not Gotham Knights for some reason, I actually went to check my game page and realized for the fourth time I don't actually own it...you can tell I wish I did :ROFLMAO:

I hate that McLeod
51EhPb5s0BL._AC_SY780_.jpg

There really should have been only one lol.
That's strange 'cause it was pretty easy to understand:unsure:
I'd love to hear your detailed analogy of this google flaw then...and not from a google search.
Well...I've done this myself (i.e. said "READ THE FUCKING DISCRIPTION"), but at least I've used the same game that costed 1 iS on is F2P (and yeah, I'm always writing in the discription that the base game is F2P, and yeah, I'm talking about Battlerite).
But that man...damn((
On mobile you have to leave the list to read the fucking description, annoying as fuck.
Why? I've got both in the end)):ROFLMAO:
Don't start this again :ROFLMAO:
I think, he has a bigger troubles than some furry trolling right now...
Ouch, I'd still go watch his movie first
Wow, @oldwhiskeypete is on fire!))
No doubt there (y)
Only 1.000? Amateurs!
A few days ago, I saw one game listed for a trade. So, naturally, I opened the Steam profile of the trader. He's had 13.000+ games in his library.
So, I thought: "OK, people with such a huge library at least have a small wishlist"
...
He has had 24.000+ games on his wishlist!
Reminds me of a certain cat...speaking of which, anyone seen the feline lately?
so...it wasn't replaced, it was just removed.
'cause if it was replaced then we'd be able to participate in the actually active event already...((
and no one knows what happened?

Wow!! Thanks PG!)

13k...24k...ooff...
My entire steam wishlist is on my IG wishlist except a few recent additions :ROFLMAO:
