I played this 2 years ago it was pretty fun and simple. It's good that he managed to fix the problems because this used to be delisted from Steam!

He has another similar game which I have, but I didn't try it yet

As far as I used it you either get a popup when you open the game to invite someone or you just shift tab and right-click invite to remote play or something like that. Basically, it should open something like a stream like those cloud services and your friend will be able to play with you. Note on some games require you to have a controller ( e.g A Way Out)

Thx for the info! Bang-on Balls is fun and like I say I've never used remote play myself. I guess its also a sneaky way to advertise your game if you can invite anyone from steam to play, even if they're not in your friends list.

Thanks. It's a standalone windows game, I tried it.

The page says it includes a steam key. If you look in the zip there's a folder for subcube. I compared that to the other folders in the steam common folder and then copied the game folder into there too. The appid is given in the folder, and matches that on steamdb. Did I add it this game to steam the right way? Maybe you know how to do this Kid Kidding without using asf?

I didnt wanna be the only commenter on the page, but will do if no one knows for sure how to add this since this is a retail appid not a free license. I know a lot of ppl on itchio dont give the steam key when a game is given free for a while, but the folder is there, so I assume it's also possible to dump it into the steam common folder (if thats even how you add to steam?). You can also just run the game in windows without using steam from that folder like I did to try it. I'd like to add it to steam too, I'm just not sure how.

Just a random-ish comment: I dunno how many of you bought Bang-on Balls on sale last week and I've re-read the steam page over and over. I dont see it anywhere mentioned but you get a popup when you launch it that you can invite friends who dont own the game to remote play with you. I've never used remote play before, so maybe that's how it works?

My super mini review: go buy it. Its frustratingly hilariously fun.

EDIT: I went back to look for Annoying Crow's review on this game. Sadly couldnt find it. I'm convinced there should be one.
