I've also played Duck Hunt with a mouse and found it too easy. The light gun really is kind of a unique relic that doesn't have a great modern replacement. Any kind of cursor/reticle makes shooting too easy, but removing it makes it hard to know where you're really aiming. The light gun was generally very accurate without needing any on-screen help.
I meant using the mouse cursor position in code, like the reticle, but without it...by calibrating an actual gun with the same signal sending components as a laser style mouse that tracked its position by the laser on the screen instead of on the mouse pad ;)

After I responded, I realized you must have meant something way more technical than the way I first read your post, lol
Don't know how easy or hard that all would be (I'm assuming hard, haha), but at least in my layman's understanding of everything, it seems like it would be feasible!

I've never seen the Dragon ninja title...so I guess we're both kind of wrong on this one 🤷‍♂️

I just remember playing it, I didn't see any ninja type things like ninja stars or anything, at least that i can recall. It was a basic punch and bash kind of game heh.
There were some grey or black ninjas that threw ninja stars on the path, you had to kick them with a low kick to pass them.

Maybe you could get something better for it or try to offer it to someone else. Is project zomboid a must-have?
I bought Project Zomboid. I only have 80 games on my wishlist and the only game I managed to get through trades was Yuppie Psycho. I mean, I was trying to get Graveyard Keeper (worth $3) and Project Zomboid by offering three or four times more pricey games and the only way I got those two was by me buying PZ and Pygmy gifting me GK. There are maybe 10 normal traders on barter and 9 out of those 10 are from here, IndieGala, anyway.
Didn't check prices the last few days because I gave up anyway.
