You can use a Microsoft approved registry hack to install it on an older processor with no TPM (as well as multiple non-sanctioned hacks), I've done it...had a few nightmares about the Menu's alone (including the center taskbar Start menu) and then formatted.so when those dumb asses will release the win 11 upgrade for my processor XD? prob never...
There's some catch, like not being eligible for updates or not being covered by the TOS for them (as if Microsoft has replaced anything...ever) but it can easily be done with a single edit to the registry and starting the OS from a running version of Win 10.
