The drop asks to link your battlenet account. I dunno about any other verification tho. They're limiting all other rewards to usa, uk and canada tho, so that bites. Not sure if its worth it if you dont play diabo tho: 3 hrs watching for the 1st 2 drops, 6hrs for the next two? yikes.

The drop is separated one, it's for the Diablo Twitch Drops that enabled on many Diablo IV streamers to get in-game rewards. Not really needed for the GA AWA is doing.
Only the Dell Rewards are restricted to US/CA/UK region. Other prizes are global.

They mentioned something that this will be special stream because they enabled Twitch Drops for Diablo, since each drops require 3 hours, so they extended it to 3 so people could get at least 1 drop from their stream.
