unbound is a game, or something like a bundle? i didn't try ea on epic launcher, but prob it will make u install EA launcher like ubi
Thats not my concern...with Ubi I can play from steam (with my controller) and NOT LOAD EPIC.

I'm afraid I'll need to load Epic THEN EA both from Steam I won't be able to use my controller and I'll have to deal with Epics lagggg.

EDIT:

Need for speed Unbound is the latest game, not a bundle.

First off I was half asleep and just 'assumed' it was assembler using binary or hex files externally with a different file extension when I saw some of the instructions (JSR made me think of JMP, etc), its similar but its not actually real assembler, more of a mixed bag between a program loading assembler instruction with higher level commands if I had to guess without hunting down THAT source code next.

Thanks to pete for pointing that out to me, I went on to look at multiple other games source code all the way into some Steam games.

I didn't care enough to go back and correct myself because its still a fucking insane way to program a video game at any rate.

On top of all that, I honestly doubt we could...writing any code in that time was hard enough. Unless you were already extremely good at the languages in the first place, I'd need to call you a shrink if you waned to try reading it in reverse...you either need one already, or you will by the time your done :ROFLMAO:

Be lucky to be able to code something to draw the characters

That reminded me of something else I came across yesterday (thank you Steam)

Cool, I read somewhere there is a program ( I don't remember the name ) where you can change variables in the game code to have infinite lives or no damage, a kind of Nes Game Genie

Found this free programming game it's made for you (y)
Bitburner

So...just went to give V Rising a try...needed to create my own server to play Single Player? Wtf is that?

At the least I found a working controller config thanks to somebody's extreme fucking effort into it.

I would have posted some better shots...but I could (literally) smell my PC 🔥 burning 🔥 while I was trying to design me a sexy vampire, so I had to force exit and throw my fans on max and then decided to finish my downloading first.
Oh pc burning, that's why I skipped this game, when I saw min requiriments 12gb ram I though It was a bit too much for a game like that.
Valve games I didn't have...likely ancient news.

ouch Valve partned with Nexon!
There are some people who're having problems with twitch quests in the forums, it also doesnt help some streamers still haven't set up the Arena Rewards Tracker on their streams. Some people also said it's very slow in earning the Twitch ARP too, as in it takes even more time to earn the ARP. Hopefully they'll fix it soon and you don't get such issues.🤞
yesterday I had a bit delay in earning twitch arp ,but after everything was fine.

Also a small addition, which will come to taste later:
What do you mean by "come to taste later"? I bought the halo collection in april after you guys said I should. Guess I should get this too? Is that what you're saying?
V Rising a chance yet...the burning dust smell coming from my GPU from the fans being half power and the graphics...well no
Your GPU is overspec compared to the sysreq's tho. This is the 2nd game you've mentioned your gpu doesnt cope with. Im scratching my head wondering here. Something isnt right.
.Idk if Epic needs to launch unbound or if it will launch right from EA like Assassins Creed did for me so I can use Steam.

Anyone ever try an EA game through Epic? Is the Epic launcher required?
According to the EA forums yes, you should be able to play games bought thru epic or steam directly in the EA launcher, its just taking time for EA to migrate all the games over (from the previous Origin launcher).
Yeah... About that... I'm playing in the cloud (Nvidia GeForce NOW).
Is gforce now worth the spend? I looked in to it a couple of weeks ago, and yeah..guess what..undecided (story of my gaming life) :ROFLMAO:

Finally made a decision to buy. Sooooo spewing I went to my cart to buy the watchdogs bundle last night and it wasnt on sale anymore. urgh. Goddamn life gets in the way of gaming sometimes. Last two days has been interesting for me, to say the least.

They are not direct sequels and a slightly different genre, they are top-down shooters that take place after the third and fourth games accordingly and are not tied directly to the events of the main series. For greater depth (if you want to get all the achievements), it is good to already understand the events, races and technologies (mainly weapons) in order to more effectively fulfill all the conditions of the tasks. But even without it, you can play them at any time, sure.

It really depends - I'm mostly using the Priority membership. It's $9,99 per month but there is a promo right now where you can buy a 6-month membership for $29,99.

If you have good internet speed (over 30 MB/s), it's a really good choice for playing games you can't on your PC or if you just want to play them with max. settings. You can't play all games, naturally, but there is a huge catalogue of supported titles from Steam, EA, Epic, GOG, Ubisoft...

You can always just try GFN with a free membership (although waiting times for free members can be annoying and you can only have 1-hour sessions).

Personally, I like it.

To be clear I never gave V Rising a chance yet...the burning dust smell coming from my GPU from the fans being half power and the graphics...well not  just made me bail early, it didn't heat up till I was already halfway done with my VampieWhore and it was almost at melting temps.
Are you running it unlocked or is it early access jank(TM)?
Do you run any sort of overlay to check hw stats while gaming?

Thanks for this, there went my lately won Lootboy credits !
Do you have to wait for special events for guaranteed credit? Or is it just rolling the dice on the credit pack?

Its called a hex editor  (not really, but thats what it is), usually stored in memory though unless your editing a sav file.

There ya go ken...have at it :ROFLMAO:

But ya, they have tons of those programs these days, my PS2 DVD to load the bootleg program menu had one built in...its alot easier on console because they have set memory points 'usually' and either way every machine is the same, PC is another story entirely.
Found this free programming game it's made for you
Looks like my life...except the "how to teach a toddler version (or the president of the US)"

I'll try it for a laugh sometime heh.
Oh pc burning, that's why I skipped this game, when I saw min requiriments 12gb ram I though It was a bit too much for a game like that.
Well I did sort of have it at almost ultra max settings with G-Sync enabled (luckily at 60fps)

The intro video and title screen didn't make me think it would be so intense until it was too late lol.
Your GPU is overspec compared to the sysreq's tho. This is the 2nd game you've mentioned your gpu doesnt cope with. Im scratching my head wondering here. Something isnt right.
Read above...I don't go light on my GPU because most games can't make it even sweat...NFS: Hot Pursuit (on absolute max) stays cool at 50% fans.

Hell, i just had Jumanji make it hit 57 degrees.

Few things you gotta keep in mind...

My fans were at half power (almost every time) because they normally don't need to go above that for my general type of games I play.

I have G-Sync, DLSS, all those extra features along with better max capabilities due to my card.

Games usually set the default settings on first load based on what your PC can handle, not a general basic list of settings.

Some games are just coded like shit, thats in truth a good part of the problem half the time, and anything that even expects online play or has character creation at all is going to be brutal with all the extra capabilities my GPU has regardless.

I'm also sitting a massive GPU vertically with a metal plate behind it keeping it steady (the vertical bracket built in) which it wasn't intended to do and the fans are blowing at 4" thick tempered glass in front with only a few inches of space where they would normally be blowing right out the top fans...on top of my rigs original design being intake based as far as fan setup before I owned the 3090 that i never reversed lol.

There are alot more factors in a rig with this much power than the simple fact of my GPU specs...its also running on an outdated processor, 32GB of RAM near it (which gets hot) on a PCI 3.0 extender cable whe the GPU can run at PCI 4.0 and it actually pulls at least the minimum to be considered PCI 4.0 when I test the PCI bandwidth with GPU-Z.

Simple version is I keep my fans at half power so it doesn't shake too much in the vertical position and I never see the heat coming until its too late, once I crank my fans to max Trine 4 ran fine and I'm sure this will too, same with Jumanji. It just expects my fans to be on auto and they're not.

Plus I was probably just smelling literal dust, it wasn't beat red yet (my color is temp based), but I don't like that or my processor getting close to top heat even though they would both survive it.

Rig holds up better than you would think

well, epics decent about refunds, maybe i'll give it a shot 🤷‍♂️

Just the program that always checks (no, I never overclock my shit...early death), I have my GPU color scheme set to three temps, green for good, yellow for its getting warm and bright red for shut the mofo down :ROFLMAO:

And I had made sure those were on spot by benchmarking and keeping an eye on the colors with multiple different benchmarks.

EDIT:

EVGA 3090's have a dual BIOS with a hardware switch, one for normal and one for overclocked, I never even upgraded to the extra power capabilities for either tbh, I see no point.

Its really the 4K that does it...I couldn't even make it break a sweat at 1080 (had the GPU before the 4K)

Thank you for the link! WN :) yes it was an hex editor based program, but I never tried. A bit tired right now to read the whole page, I will check it later. (y)
