I just read in the awa forums that sometimes a game has to run for 15mins or so before awa will realise you own it. Makes no sense since steam already knows I have it, but Im trying that now, before I press the start quest buttons. Oh and adding the free dlc sometimes helps? what a drama .. I want my 26 ARP :ROFLMAO:
Because of Steam Valve's F2P game, as default it's added to everyone's profile but Steam won't recognize you own it until you play it.

Like example made on those forums that you might happened to read. It's like air, everyone has air, but Steam doesn't know you have air until you breath (play) it.

Adding any free DLCs forces Steam to update your Steam library hence it'll recognize you added some F2P.

AWA isn't Steam...but that still leaves a BIG question...where the fuck did brawlhalla come from?
Like I say, I cant run fg with anything else open (other than discord) coz it's a resource hog. So yeah I do restart steam each time I run it.
😒🙄

It took them to the end of Windows 7 support in its entirety to make their launcher work on it...when in reality it should have been done in the lowest system requirements from the very start.

That just makes no sense as a programmer, androids capability upgrades make it necessary for phone apps but you can take the files/functions from higher versions of Windows and call them directly by version without interfering with the general OS, I still program on Windows 7 using the Windows 8/10 SDK header files and library files when they are absolute needed myself.

-500 programmer points

And I've never had a single class or lesson since Using Quick Basic in middle school

-100 bonus programmer points

Obviously the owner or lead programmer is a Windows 10 loving douchebag

-All respect
-10,000 programmer points

And they did it while Windows 7 was fighting for its survival...particularly by having more programmers than any other OS on the planet when Microsoft was trying to force Windows 10 on the world...and they weren't one of them.

-1 Programming life
-1 Programmers mentality
-25% Understanding of operating systems
-75% Consumer consideration

Even worse that they focus on multiplayer and never considered cross-play from go...and sent me to the fucking Microsoft website to find an answer to fixing their launcher...which was a package not being included.

It still took them practically a year to make the installer work after I fucking literally handed them the answer with a link to the package (and told them they suck at life lol)...all they had to do was add it as a dependency during install and recompile the installer.

I'm out of things to negative...they just fucking suck :ROFLMAO:

Sorry bro.

Well I own that too, but yah thats why I was scratching my head. I sure didnt launch it. Nor did I enter it's app id into the idler.

Sorry bro.
Im not sure who "they" is? Epic? Steam?
And that's on me anyway.. lower end of system specs. But hey the workaround of closing everything else works for me.
including my controller :ROFLMAO:

Really? I thought I chose to add it 🤔

On that thought, found this amusing:

what a steal of a deal Steam 11_06_2023 10_55_15 PM.png

including my controller :ROFLMAO:
If you can't use your controller, thats probably another issue...unless you use an app to do it. Controllers (like a mouse) don't take enough resources to cause that kind of issue.

Fucked Fact of the Day:

Your mouse has a callback for generally all mouse to window tracking system wide, drag-drop, mouse entering (usually WM_NCHITTEST or WM_NCMOUSEMOVE that bombards your system with more messages than practically the rest of the OS callbacks combined...millions more than any gamepad heh.

In all my time programming, whenever I tried to trace window messages, that thing has been non-stop...it may be due to the Tracing, but really there isn't much way to tell without tracking if its firing SOMEHOW...regardless, even if the trace caused it, the amount of messages it sends is completely unreal, I've always wondered why they didn't make a better way to accomplish its task...then I remembered, I was using Windows :ROFLMAO:
When Steam is promoting its own product is different 😅
Again, Microsoft...when Edge advertises itself as soon as you go to Google.com

First of all a big thank you to @WhatNitrous for gifting me Grapple Hoops! 🤩 (y)

Ya, if you can't touch your laptop without screaming in pain...its probably a bad sign 🔥 but you should only really worry if it happens when you touch the keyboard...that means your entire motherboard is well done 😅
Usually the top left part of the keyboard overheats while playing more power demanding games, it is the area around "wasd".
SSD's are much cooler naturally, one of the major perks that balances against the flaw of sudden death one day

I don't think I've ever seen one hit 40 degrees except when I ran that benchmark 😂

Like I said, benchmarking doesn't exactly prolong your PCs lifespan, didn't seem to phase the NVMe SSD much though, but ONCE AGAIN, my GPU being vertical made the label on mine crinkle up and lose its sticky lmao...and people actually WANT to upgrade 🤦‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️ 🙋‍♂️
I'm very happy to have upgraded to ssd, can't go back now

Is that the game you gave me ken?

I think I have to turn my fist bump into a knuckle sandwich 👊 :ROFLMAO:
I think you meant oldpete not ken, ahha it looks like village boy gta game.
sorry for being so long with my GA's, i feel so tired every fucking days (depression, anxiety and stress)...i expect to finish this sinister affair in 17h approx ♥️
Eox, I'm sorry you're feeling that way, I wish you can fell better soon (y)💪🫂
your ps3 gets hot? Curious. Mine doesnt. Same model 🤔
(tho I have all 3 models too)
It is the ps3 fat, had problems with overheating, I have the slim, it is ok except when playing on summer overheats it more.
Thank you Legolas! it looks a good horror inspired to Resident Evil classics :)

Thats 'most likely' where your processor is...and normal if thats the case, especially since the genius who designed most laptops decided the processor and battery should be close to each other so they could be cooled with less fans (to save space)

If it reaches around the space bar or mouse your fan(s) are likely dead and you should be worrying about fixing it or planning on a new PC

Honestly I avoided them for ages due to the (then--extremely) short lifespan...and I'll never stop keeping 3.5" mechanical drives around...but when I finally bought one I wanted to slap myself for not wasting the money just for the major performance boost and that was a Sata SSD, NVMe (even on my old mobo) are MUCH faster.

Everyone on the planet should throw $50 on a Samsung 970-980 Evo NVMe on sale these days if they have the port...you just have to be aware that backing up your data or keeping a mechanical drive is important, when an SSD does rarely get wiped, it just goes blank, period...you don't lose 'some' data, its all or nothing.

Ya, with those the disk cover will be the thing that goes first ;)

No problem dude, appreciate you grabbing me an extra key the other day for no reason at all (y)

If theres anything in the GA you want, you can still ask for one like everyone else for the record.

Bruh... that was a dig at you and YOU not being able to use your controller till recently. Went right over your head which is a shocker
Because you were talking lack of resources...I still can't use my controller with Epic :ROFLMAO:

But its not like I don't have other options...I just don't like them.

Alot of shit goes over my head...the recent po-post not being one of them...but I'm perceptive, not omni-potent for fuck sake...I can't be on everyones wavelength in every culture at every moment in time...I'm only human and I like to spend at least a little time just thinking how I want :ROFLMAO:

I'm a bit surprised I missed that one though tbh.

It would be great if they inverted components to the opposite side near the numpad area (right side). It's no good to overheat a the wasd area for gamers

yeah prices are much lower now then before, after few months I bought it I can find double size storage for same price when I bought it.

Np bro, you're always very generous! :)(y)
Thanks for the GA, then if none else asked or wants I would ask Kill to collect.
