the problem isn't about updating, but new things, another new world, their all is around mario, donkey kong, zelda or something derivated from those, don't u miss a new game comming from them that u can certain call new and yours?

not saying that those games are bad or remaking/remodeling them is bad( it is good, and are their classicals) but won't there be any new? will it be eternally a new mario game, a new yoshi game, a new kurby game, a new zelda game, a new pokemon, a remaster of donkey kong or a new donkey kong game?( it's been more than 20 years already that they stay on the same page and games)

won't be a new "life"? a new game that us, and our future genetarion would love like those classic games?

i do love some games, like yoshi, mario, mario kart, donkey kong, but i'm missing something new a installed an emulator and that's all that i have and all that i had in the past, just " new mario, new pokemon, new etc..." no new inventions.
I get it, but those games have a certain...something...that makes them great every single time. I mean I wouldn't mind seeing say for example a new Nintendo RPG that had nothing to do with their "Mascots", even Link, but they are the only company that has actually succeeded in making those same characters and stories great time and time again.

As the old saying goes..."if its not broken don't fix it" and my own addition to it...if it is broken, fix it right

Those characters are already immortalized by the next generations as much as they were by us, I don't see why they would fix something that is still great. Even at my age...long past the days of them being popular just from my past...I would seriously actually invest my time in playing either of those games because they simply look fun...something I can't claim about most other companies even as just game companies, even most of my favorite franchises have tried to add to their original gameplay for the modern era and fail to deliver the same gameplay I love.

Assassins Creed is an obvious insult to its past, so leaving that flop aside...I've never quit a "Tales Of" game midway through until the last release because they added Armor Breaking and Magic interrupting by your teammates and its almost impossible to keep track of the whole field (particularly while spells are being flung) and switch to them in time.

Add on the fact they did a piss poor job of implementing the entire system from needing to build up a meter to use them at all right down to the AI actually doing something useful themselves...I'm sure I could still mash my way through the game but it seriously broke the battle system for me, and not just because it was a new battle concept, but because it wasn't done properly.

Another would be Final fantasy XV and the summon spells (right along with FF7R), it didn't ruin the gameplay but it made it so I never bothered even caring about the summoning spells, a major part of most of the entire series...although XV was still done extremely good for the modern battle system IMO.

I could go down a massive list in truth...but my point is that very few games or companies CAN actually pull off being considered incredible for such a long time and yet Nintendo has somehow managed to keep all of those alive for almost as long as I have been...and still counting, Mario may very well outlive me :ROFLMAO:

That just speaks of how great of a design concept the original games actually had...maybe they should add some 'new' franchises to their lineup...and I'm sure they do, just not with as much hype--so we never hear about them as the big news

I'm sure they have other titles that weren't in the big spotlight...the real question is did you bother to look for them? lol.

Nintendo does have other franchises but they're exactly that - franchises. Once the game becomes popular, they turn it into a new (successful) franchise.

In the early 2000s, they released Animal Crossing, in the 2010s, they introduced Splatoon and Xenoblade Chronicles... So, it's more like our (false) preconception about Nintendo than the truth.

can ue xplaing more about publicity release?
"...The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release..."
(among other scary stuff)

Even the mention of it, whether or not you have to do it was enough for me to not enter. Nope. Some competitions In general (not Fanatical specifcially) will insist on using your name in a public place, some will insist on a photo and they own that photo forever and can use it in whatever advertising they like (Cadbury for example) .. stuff like that. Fanatical doesnt specify what that public release entails. They should. Till then, Im not interested.
Assassins Creed is an obvious insult to its past
You keep dissing AC. Is it really that bad? I think I'm gonna have to play thru them all myself now. I've only ever watched them being played.

That kind of takes you out of the 'simple' category...

Then you really haven't seem enough or your country my friend...how do you think the russian mob paid for all their hits?

In all seriousness, this is a problem that "people" have, no country is free from it, even places where it is punished by limbs being chopped off or worse.

As for people dressing like clowns and the weird sex orientation...I could never personally think of doing it, but its a freedom as well and I have had some serious conversations with woman who wanted a sex change. I agree that its totally fucked up, but after sitting down and drinking with a few and hearing the long drunk and honest explanations why they felt the need to do this, the reasons they had, usually different in a way but similar in others...actually make sense when you look at it from a completely objective and rational standpoint without judgment, as much as I hate to even admit that.

I am literally that open minded of a person, rather than just get weirded out by something I could never understand I decided to sit down and actually pick their brain as to why they thought they should do something I could never possibly do myself...and let me tell you, some of the fucking answers I got to that question were utterly mind blowing.

Again, its not my thing...I'd never encourage it, but some leaders in my country wanted to take away our war veterans benefits for being gay or bi...we're talking the first world wars and shit where people came back missing body parts and stuff--that was even more disgraceful in my opinion than the idea of gay rights.

You say people in your country are free, but in reality they're still hiding in a closet if they are gay or transsexual because that kind of thing is a part of people as a whole, not something this country created by its way of life, they just had the choice to hide it or make it public at the time and they chose to stand proud.

There are two sides to every story, I've obviously never even seen your country myself and I can't really say much about it in general....but if you think these things don't exist there then I'm sorry my friend, but you are truly blind.

I have no issue with you loving your country to the extreme as you well know...but the mere concept that people don't have drug addictions and there are no odd sexual preferences there is a complete and utter fairy tale and I feel bad for you if you can believe such nonsense.
Drug addicts and people of non-traditional sexual orientation are CERTAINLY everywhere. I've also been thinking about what's in their head and I have some explanations for why people become different from everyone else. I understand them, but I don't accept them. The same as I understand why a person could become a psycho or a maniac. I have a broad outlook, although you think the opposite. It's just that we are struggling with it. I won't say anything about how gay people are promoted in the USA, I want to puke from it. They literally want to paint the whole country the color of the rainbow. Do you understand that it is easier for the masters to manage such slaves, weak, effeminate, in pink dresses and skirts with a dick under it? This is a brilliant tactic to weaken the sheep under their control. Never give in to it, be like a flint, bro! Another point is that you know very well about American ghettos, where the police are afraid to go and where at night you are 99.9% likely to be shot, beaten, robbed or raped? How surprised I was when I found out that there are such neighborhoods even in the number one city for life on planet Earth - Miami! The following situation: You know all about the streets of Philadelphia, right? Youtube is teeming with these videos, where stoned drug addicts walk around during the day, taking heroin without being shy of passers-by, there are mountains of garbage, unsanitary conditions and other nasty things around. There are thousands of these videos. I've read a lot about it, how people get hooked there on a needle, give the first dohs for free and they slowly die there. It's horrible. And it's all unthinkable in my country. Our children do not see gay people kissing on the street and do not ask their parents inappropriate questions, such as: "Mom, tell me why two uncles are kissing?". If I saw this, I would be the first to go to beat them in the face. We don't have gayparades. We don't have skinheads and fascists bowing to Hitler. Even at school for the joke "Heil Hitler" you could be kicked out of school for always. This is unacceptable in the minds of a nation that suffered the greatest losses in World War II by defeating the devil's army. We don't have dangerous areas where you can get killed. There is banditry, but it is spot-on. Any day at any time, including at night, you can safely walk from point A to point B in complete safety in the darkest alley on the edge of the city or even along the highway. I've done it thousands of times. No one will ever touch you. Maximum is a drunkard or a dog barks. We don't have drug-addicted areas, all drug addicts are hiding in their holes. They will be calculated by the police and neutralized. For selling anabolics that stimulate the growth of testorsterone and muscle mass, you will be imprisoned for 25 years without the possibility of appealing the verdict. Understand that there is no such thing in any city of Russia. And there's cleanliness everywhere. Streets are washed, cleaned, garbage is taken out. Everywhere there is cheap gas (practically free of charge), electricity, sewerage, hot and cold water, etc. The state pays a monetary reward for each child, and the more children there are, the more this reward increases even more. There are many different subsidies, business assistance. I understand perfectly well that globally my country is not the best in the world, I am not a crazy fanatic. But looking at the rest of the world, I understand how good it is here. I don't want to surprise you. All this is available in other countries. Some moments are a hundred times better than in Russia. But we are not a backward nation. We want to be better and we do everything for this. But my country is only 23 years old. Don't count the 90s at all. It was pure lawlessness. Then our leader came and created order, freedom and opportunities for every citizen. Russia is a young girl who is trying to get a Red Diploma at the University and believe me, she copes with it perfectly.
All that aside, I can't speak for how your country is to live in, as I said, you are right about that.

You have met me...right?

I understand it perfectly, I live in a similar way myself...I just can't force an entire population to live by a moral code.

I'm old school, shaking someones hand during an agreement is my word and bond, I have never tried to steal from a neighbor or friend in all my life, I try to show respect to anyone who deserves it.

Unfortunately I do have to take into account the fact it may not mean the same thing to others and be prepared for some form of idiocy, but that doesn't mean I should become the idiot either.
Only one word: Respect
You have been online too right?

I could do this to someone for free these days easy as hell, I actual did do it one time and a friend who was unaware actually believed it until they talked to me and I told them it was fake :ROFLMAO:

In this day and age you can have someone buried with enough internet trashing, it doesn't really take any form of big contract to do that lmao.

I wasn't attacking you for it, if thats what you thought there was definitely some miscommunication or a language barrier going on...I was simply saying that those videos are rarely the harsh truth, they tend to avoid it due to ratings (or followers), it had absolutely nothing to do with you or those videos in particularly.

And as your well aware, I'm one of the people who has absolutely no issue with that, so if i offended you I apologize.

It was not my intention.
All other I understand. Never offended

You could simply refuse the prize "if" that were to happen in some rare situation 🤷‍♂️

They can't force you to accept or actually be subjected to public anything over a prize competition, regardless if you joined.

EDIT:

You were right, I still haven't.
You keep dissing AC. Is it really that bad? I think I'm gonna have to play thru them all myself now. I've only ever watched them being played.
Only the ones they changed, worst being Valhalla because of major bugs...at least the last time I played.

I diss AC out of love, believe it or not, the older games were one of my very few favorite non RPG franchises, to the point I actually bought a PS3 to play those, period. Not even RPG games.

I've still beat the newer ones, except valhalla (that is a monstrosity by code fluke alone) but they really did destroy a great thing with changes, the most recent one I don't own right now actually seems like they went back to the classic style, I'd buy it as soon as I could afford it if thats actually true...but I've only seen videos and it was just released.

It was literally one of my few favorite games that wasn't an RPG during the PS3 era...I actually can't even name another off the top of my head to be honest.

I slam creed hoping someday ubisoft will return to the original gameplay, not because I hate the game itself...but I never enjoyed the newer ones like I did the older games and for once its not because of my own impatience, that was like the ONLY game that could keep my attention because it always had a new objective...almost no pause between the fact.

Vic, the thing is their all is always zelda, mario, kirby and donkey kong, always remaking, remading or things derivated like yoshi's games. but nothing new, always them, no new titles( new games, idk if the word is franchese frenchise)
Well, my message was not a nitpick, I want to clarify, but as a marioboy with a huge experience, I will tell you this - every game is thought out to the smallest detail, every change is thought out to the smallest detail, every innovation always looks as if this is what all the games before it lacked. Each game actually consists of layers, each player can find something for himself, these are perfectly balanced products for all ages - for example, you can run through Mario or Donkey Kong without problems from start to finish, but if you want to collect everything, then you will suffer there for weeks. And about remakes - the only question that people ALWAYS have with Nintendo remakes is why they make so few of them. Every remake adds something, every remake improves something. They can and should be scolded for their prices, but they know how to make games. They may look the same at first glance, but once you start playing, the difference is immediately apparent.

yes ik this, i'm not against it and, what i'm asking is simply a new game thought with the same care as the others, but a new one, no mario, no luigi, no donkey, not the existing ones, but a new one that we can cherish as the others or even more, nintendo have the potential to do that, althought they don't care much about the " people" they do care about their games

But what is unusual here? Regular games for Symbian OS that released not only on n-gage, Tomb Raider Legend and Resident Evil Degeneration (I think it's Degeneration, because RE4 as i remember was only released on iOS, and it's looks like airport level). There was also Force Unleashed, Red Faction, Tony Hawk Pro Skater etc.

You're confusing between N-Gage and N-Gage 2.0, which are 2 completely different things.

there is nothing so different. 2.0 is essentially the ability to run games for the first n-gage on ordinary symbian smartphones. some games were ported officially, some not so much. but it does not change the essence, these are old games that were released 15 years ago. what's the secret?

No it's not. They're not compatible with each other. Not even the OS Symbian is backward compatible.
Also seems like these games are so hard to crack that even after 15 years half of them still remain uncracked, even by eka2l1 emulator people.
