Probably since those GAs were announced back then and probably enough people got them already, since I already got one in the past can't check that anymore.

Either way, FUNGI went F2P so no key is needed to claim it anymore and the other one got removed from Steam ( this was F2P and got its name changed

No kidding, it SAID free in the steam search (and its far from the first game this happened with), normally I just blacklist the game entirely when its some unknown game or dev.
I've noticed that it's the case announced games that got no price yet at Steam.
But this isn't just Metal Gear or Konami, its fucking classic Metal Gear Solid, the real legend that birthed a snake on a pedestal
Not free, obviously.
Yeah, Konami just couldn't do THAT kind of move, sadly...
One famous author in my country wrote the book in the '80s "The 100 Biggest Holes in the World Literature" in which he basically added sex scenes in classic literature that (he thought) the authors omitted because of the age in which they wrote their novels - "Anna Karenina", "Wuthering Heights", "For Whom the Bell Tolls", "Don Quijote"...
ehh....that sounds actually fun and interesting :ROFLMAO:
My first thought is this now...I had the game wishlisted for ages to find out it was as horrible as "Once a Porn a Time", which finally hit steam too :ROFLMAO:
I bet until this day and age, NOBODY anticipated THAT...in hindsight I wish i had the foresight to realize that type of thing could only end badly...for my mental state
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1490410/The_fairy_tale_you_dont_know/
Wasn't planning to use the link at all, but...after all, it turned out I've already wishlisted it (who'd knew, right?:ROFLMAO:)
Think again!
that looks actually funny and neat^^
thanks for adding some new game to my NDS future playlist))
Both Legolas and I linked to the article, I'll link it again: Mid year update
Again, it was posted in the forum but I also saw a post in the AWA discord with the same info. So take it as confirmed, eh? 😊
Nah, I was wrong, sorry - clicking on the game itself only shows the cost, not the tier 😔
sad news
Well, it's their fault, so...
I guess, it's better to say that the game sucking hard was a bad news in the first place and this one is just the consequences.🤷‍♂️
Bro are these people braindead
If they made a bad game it doesn't mean that the whole company needs to be closed, holy shit
Actually, it depends... If the reason the game's sucks is solely on the developers side than yeah, close it for good 'cause otherwise you're losing your money. And I can bet those visuals and gameplay decisions has nothing to do with the publisher:unsure:
Cause they've just wasted tons of money closing the whole company because of a bad game instead of letting them make another one
Actually, they could save some money by doing just that.
because it's not their only game.
Were those any good??
they have one game where you have to trick a friend, steal his (black) wife and sell her as a monkey to a traveling musician. let someone offer to change those developers to these. maybe it's just that no one made it this far in that game because that part of the plot is near the end of the game.
If you finished the trilogy you know why protagonist is like that.
yes, I've played all four games of the trilogy, and the problems there are not with the protagonist, but with the lack of imagination of the author. but that doesn't stop them from making a spinoff.
Wait, are you talking about Deponia of all things? o0
Such a dark spin on the game tyhat making everyone here laugh when it pops up in some giveaways... Who'd knew?!
AWA New Steam Quests Update: Choose Your Own Game from your library on Steam is now available(y), but it is for 15 ARP, not 25, but something's better than nothing I guess.🤔
it's actually for all three games or just one?

If anyone is able to grab an extra of this, I would appreciate the spare key! It won't let me complete one of the tasks because I already own the game, so I can't wishlist it like they want

Not a very well-thought-out system...

EDIT: Nevermind, I just removed the license from my account, wishlisted it, got the freebie, then restored the license. Probably too much trouble to go through, but I always wanted to try out removing and restoring a license anyway.

Yes.
The first game (everyone laughs at it only because it was free many times, and it still can be won in Feuda and Lootboy, there you can also win a key for GOG, which is pain) was a pretty good product for its time. Yes, it іs sometimes terribly illogical, but they are not the first and they are not the last, and the same Daedalic managed to damage much better projects at that time with this. But in general, there was some idea that the authors followed, there was a world that they thought out, and everything happened in it, well, let's say, sequentially. The main character was a bit of a fool, a bit of a loser, who got into comical situations, but found a way out of them and went to some goal.
But the authors risked ending the story on a cliffhanger, and... they guessed with it, the game got its share of popularity.
So it was time to make sequels, and as it turned out, no one tried to plan anything beyond that cliffhanger. So the hero suddenly turned from a fool/loser into a complete idiot who literally walks over the corpses of those around him because of his idiotic deeds and actions. The difference in character between the first and second parts is huge, the plot of the whole second part literally stomps in one place, completely not understanding where and why it should go. Even the legendary Syberia triquel, the plot of which can be described in a few words as "how to swim across the lake. ten-hour version" is a literary masterpiece compared to it.
In the third part, they somehow tried to fix it and move forward, they succeeded somewhat, but some places look like they put out a fire with gasoline. So, over time, the fourth part of the trilogy appeared, in which they tried to correct the previous ones in about the same way.
But every time the game was given a new chance, there is even a re-release of the first three games, in which they tried a little to fix the most illogical things (not by remaking them, but by adding a hints menu) and no one was thrown out into the cold, although it is quite obvious that what was needed still at the stage of development of the second part to do.

Look at that, I'm sharing my thoughts at the start of the month and not halfway through! That's because I'm home sick on a holiday weekend (figures) and have lots of time to burn. If you have some time to kill too, just read on below for my thoughts on the games I beat in June. A lot of them are free student-made games which is probably my most common subset of games played lately. I enjoy seeing what creative, independent minds can come up with for games these days. Plus they're short and fit into my busy schedule!
.....
Thanks for sharing your opinions about those games! I like you focused on shorter games, sometimes I want to find really short games because of lack of time to play them.(y)
(Sorry but I had to cut your quoted post because too long and IG doesn't let me to post because of character limit :))
Thanks for sharing! (y) Unfortunally can't get both Fungi, and for the dlc I don't have Scram game.

Thanks Dante! (y) I already saw those games, but haven't posted them, lately I am more busy and it is summer time, I stay a bit more outside whenever I can. :)
The Quake clone looks good, it's a pity there aren't too many player to playing it.
