So I thought that this would be the closest I would get to building a pc:Though as it turns out I was still able to live vicarously through my sister inlaw.
Her 8 year old all in one was going on the blink and she asked for advice for what gaming laptop she should get, long story short we couldn't find what she wanted for under $1000, especially a with a semi color accurate display as she is a graphic artist as well.
I asked her though if she needed the portablity of a laptop and she didn't so agreed that I would build her a computer and she would pay for the parts. Let me tell you I was almost as excited as she was! I ended up get the parts delivered in the opposite order I needed (the monitor came first and the case was last!), but once everything showed up I had a ball. I did a test boot outside the case and everything showed up, other than fiddling with daisy chaining the fans and cable managing everything went suprisingly smoothly!
So below are some pics of the results, obviously I cleaned up the fan cords you see in the second pic. I think I did a pretty decent job of cable managing for my first time! Now I want to build myself one, probably with very simular componets as I want to get a simple racing/flight sim setup going in the future! Even if I just get a good monitor and hook up my laptop or steam deck in the time being.

In February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. This event shocked the whole world. Unjustified aggression must be condemned, and the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin - punished.

I bet it was a pleasant experience.
I built so many PCs for myself, friends, and family, but with every new build, I feel the same excitement and satisfaction as the first time.
Should've just pirated it instead of supporting the black market if that was your only option. Or at least buy it for the cheapest price possible, I was able to find one for 3 or 5 dollars on ebay. Otherwise, congrats, that's a goated PC
Thanks for the giveaway! May I have "Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines" please?
For some reason I am still missing that one on my main account.
Edit: Thanks, key worked!
