AWA is way more rewarding in terms of quality

As for Hitsquad, it became way longer and more strict to able even to gain access and if you do get accepted the rewards are more expensive than usual, or at least that looks to me.

I agree Awa is more rewarding for quality and it gets better after you invested some time to level up and getting some artifacts. For a brand new account it is not easy at first to level up.
