Just finished nightdive's remaster of quake 2 and it's just awesome (no, AWESOME), both the original ports and a brand new episode that takes the action to new heights as an announcement of a new game they've got their eye on.
Yes, it will be more difficult to do something here, because the game is much older, but I believe in them. Now it's just a question to Disney - if they have the balls to update an old game on Steam like Bethesda is doing or if they will sell separately...

The Event starts in 3 hours 4 minutes and is from Aug 24, 2023 - Sep 7, 2023 ⏳

You must finish your gaming session and then close your game to update the Community Event.
Progress will update within one hour of completion.
Rewards will be applied automatically.
You must select Join at the bottom of the page to participate.

You must click join at the bottom to get the rewards whether you participate or not and even If you're not planning to participate, still just click Join.


I know it says Community Event but it doesn't feel like one, when most of the community is excluded from the Community Event:(, cuz they need to purchase a $60 game to join and be part of the Community Event:(. I'm sure BG 3 is a great game(y), but that doesnt mean get it at full price especially for a Community Event, you should get it because you want it or wait for a discount to get the most bang for your money(y). As some one said in AWA forums this feels like a "VIP" Event rather than a Community Event, especially when you need to pay to get in the Community Event.:(

My favorites (in no particular order):
- An emotional performance from the "New" Babymetal. Show's off Su's incredible voice.
- A perfect mix of Kawaii and Death Metal. From the "Old" Babymetal with Yui and Mikkio.
- Their collabs are all so unique. This one is straight up fun and makes me smile no matter my mood

That's exciting to hear Nightdive did a good job on Quake and is now tasked with Star Wars. But let's be real, it's Disney - they'll milk us for every cent they can, regardless of who already owns the game.
