My Steam game count went down by one, when I added SHIMAZU (most likely count got updated when I added it), Has this happened before or just happened to anyone else ?

It means that some game got removed or banned from steam store. It's still in your library, you can play it, but it don't affect game counter in profile anymore (game counter in library should be the same as before).
