apparently, the part of the site where all the statistics are stored has fallen off. Look in the profile - nothing related to giveaways is loaded, neither your completed, nor won, nor entered or created.

all will be fixed but in this dowtime scammers get away with their scams

You can find a lot of interesting things there if you really look for it!

...For example, such things as the fact that the administration does not care about fake giveavays, multi-accounts and asset flips madness, and also that they generally do not respond on weekends!
But still it must be admitted that the giveaways was turned off at night, probably because they saw a lot of complaints about fake Ascent giveaways, and doing something with that?

this downtimes always happens when big scamming going on

Yes, in this whole situation, the complete disregard on the part of the administration is really surprising. Writing a few words is not that difficult.
But some of the questions you asked were asked a long time ago, months and months ago. So there are answers to them.
For example, regional prices in the store were introduced back in May. And they were introduced exactly as badly as it is now - sometimes the price in the store and the price in the cart differ by three times. (the screenshot is quite bad, but I don't have a better one left). Apparently, prices are pulled from various sources, so sometimes the site shows normal regional prices, but the real price in the cart is the price in dollars from US region, converted at the current exchange rate into the national currency, and it turns out to be much higher. Despite the fact that the site determines your region by IP and sells you exactly the key for your region (at significantly inflated prices).

all these are scam and fake giveaways : example Ascent Free-Roaming VR Experience

First day scammer creates and than enter his own giveaway. Only 1 person attending the giveaway so 100 percent win.
Second day after he enters his own giveaway, scammer attacks giveaway section with DDOS so no one else can enter those fake scam giveaways of him again he guarantees his 100 percent win
Third day he become minumum level 4-5 with a single win of his own giveaway
Sixth day he getaway from propaganda and since site cant be accesible he getaway from negative public quotes and long forgotten
when site is busy with other things and downtime, he uses this and reach level 8

Probably the most grindy in the series equipment wise, I can't even tell you how many time I've played through this and quit, might I suggest picking up Tales of Vesperia instead? that game has the best story in the Anime and such but the worst game is the series aside from Tales of Xillia 2 which is a NIS grindathon flat out and luckily hasn't made it to PC
