It seems that Choice of Games' VtM odd releases are predestined to be masterpieces because Parliament of Knives is as good as Night Road.
In fact, there is debate among the fans about which game is better. Personally, I prefer Night Road, but both games are top-class.

Parliament of Knives is vampires' politics, conspiracies and backstabberies at its finest. This time we're moving north from the USA, to Ottawa, Canada. Prince Arundel, the vampire ruler of Ottawa has disappeared. Seneschal (de facto, 2nd-in-command) Eden Corliss, your Sire, has her hands full of problems: Tremere clan, who left Ottawa after Prince Arundel offered sanctuary to Banu Haqim, are back and they are at each other throat, Robert Ward, Prince's good friend and leader of Anarchs sect is attacking Camarilla's strongholds... The city is in chaos, while political and real battles are taking down mortal and immortal victims.

You start the game while leading Blood Hunt on Robert Ward, by orders of your Sire. You'll immediately meet many of the most important characters - Jordan, your Malkavian friend, Lucca, your sister-by-blood, Sheriff Qui, Robert Ward... And the story will get more and more complex and more interesting.

Unfortunately, for your background, you can only pick 3 clans: Ventrue, Toreador or Nosferatu (+Lasombra and Malkavian in DLC). Those former three are also my three least favourite clans - that's why I like Night Road more. But I understand the reason for this - you can't pick Brujah or Gangrel, because they're Anarchs, you can't pick Tremere or Banu Haqim, because they're directly involved in the story and because we're playing as a member of Camarilla court, those 3 are logical options.

Again, choices are all interesting and meaningful and they really shape a story with lots of potential different endings. Although, I don't like the inability to manually upgrade my stats like in Night Road. Here it's done automatically through story choices.

Final verdict:

10/10

Pros:

+story full of plots and conspiracies you'd expect from a VtM game
+really satisfying endings reflecting your choices
+replayability

Cons:

-can't play as Tremere
-no manual levelling-up

Yes probally it was the server, it's cool servers are still online, I want to try this game one day. I remember on ps3 I played Wolfenstein (2009) multiplayer and the game was junky like that and with lag but it was fun.

Okay so after a checking again about this I found out that FPS for the campaign is locked to 30

I wasn't sure, but knew this had to be the postponed event from earlier. I was also wondering why they sprung this on us, outta nowhere, without any news or mentions anywhere on the site. Now this makes sense.

The Event starts in 3 days 19 hours 10 minutes and is from Oct 24, 2023 - Nov 7, 2023

You must finish your gaming session and then close your game to update the Community Event.
Progress will update within one hour of completion.
Rewards will be applied automatically.
You must select Join at the bottom of the page to participate.

You must click join at the bottom to get the rewards whether you participate or not and even If you're not planning to participate, still just click Join. Hopefully like in previous F2p Community Events, rewards are attainable for everyone, even if they don't play the game.

This time the Final Milestone is 45000 hours. Hopefully, we'll be able to make it.
