Just use a VPN, I use it all the time. Only with some keyhub giveaways I have to use my own ip.

Please explain to me - this game is completely free in steam https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/card/time-break-2121/1059839 when you create a giveaway on Indiegala from it, as I did earlier, the system does not show how many points I will get for it, although for the rest of the paid games I see previews and know exactly how many points I will get for each key. Does this mean that I will get 0 for this game? They won't even give me 80?

It wasn't free in the past, so probably Indiegala has cached the old price, so maybe will give old price value.
The game was $4.99, so maybe around 99-399 points?

Probably you made the GA before Indiegala updated its cache that it's changed into F2P game.
