You must finish your gaming session and then close your game to update the Community Event.
Progress will update within one hour of completion.
Rewards will be applied automatically.
You must select Join at the bottom of the page to participate.

You must click join at the bottom to get the rewards. Unlike previous F2p Community Events, this one (and probably all others from now on) requires personal participation and Personal requirements are added. So, basically 1 hour for each Milestone and 8 Milestones in total so
8 hours all together.
