I think they avoid demo saves on purpose...I imagine alot of people play demos and never buy the full game....or wait for like a year same as I did.

Since they don't ask if you would like to keep your demo save, it would be a ton of wasted cloud space that nobody purchased the game to even pay for...steam gives cloud save storage to devs for free, it may be a limitation on demo saves for sever space and sanity.

Always better to backup the game on disk, the steam cloud isn't really reliable and even if they say steam cloud supported it doesn't mean it will save game status.
I checked on steam support about it Steam Support :: Steam Cloud

"Also, many games do not use Steam cloud to store save games. The game developer will be able to help you find and transfer those files if you are using a new machine and still have access to the old one. If you no longer have access to the previous machine, those save game cannot be recovered.
Steam Support can provide further clarification on how the Cloud system works, but they cannot recover lost saves or assist in resolving cloud conflicts."

In conclusion: always backup manually😝

I think my landlord has warrants or something, he seems to duck the legal system ad showing his face at all times.

So i figure it this way...

  • I bring him to court, he doesn't show he gets a warrant and they won't make me keep paying him.
  • He tries to evict me he has to go to court to do it.
  • I just don't pay him until I get my money back and walk away...has to go to court to try to get the money from me.
I'm forcing him into a corner to show up in court in any situation, can't get anything if he never shows up lol.

Don't know what to suggest you, your ideas sounds good but better waiting a suggestion by a lawyer before doing next move.
