Surprised you caught that

I had to remove any details that would have given away my location, like deceptive practices is country wide but I replaced my 'state' laws legal chapter reference with that...which sounds much better than what you see.

Appreciate it...in the few times I went down for help with the paperwork I learned a few things.

The first being its a gang circus, half of them don't know what they're doing and everybody knows everybody, I think half of your chance depends if they like you more than the person your going after tbh

As long as he doesn't have any direct connections there I should be a good position on that...I can't see any normal person in the system having any love for this guy considering how much shit he pulls

The second being that every claim for relief has stipulations and limits that are completely fucking retarded in some case, such as mine.

They won't give me all my rent back because my infested walls were still walls kind of situation....I need to pay SOMETHING for the property because he owns it, even if I was going insane by being there...so I need to make the point of my suffering as well as any other shit all separate just to get my own money back for living in hell.

Its a joke, but considering the first thing I was told was "they didn't have time" to fix my problems...as long as it wastes a ton of their time and forces them to pay for all the repairs idfc really, but I have no doubt I'm owed a good portion of my rent back even with the stupid laws and I intend to make it hurt as bad as I possibly can with my limited knowledge of how it works in court.

All I can do is hope they see how shitty it was...if he even shows up unless he makes a deal.

It'll be what it is, even unprepared I take a war to them because they shouldn't get away with it...win or lose.
