i'm already nerfed even before using lol, i can only capture lvl 1-4 pals even being lvl 21 ..., the same lvl or like 3-4 levels lowers is hard as boss pals or even higher...

Alienware Arena is now down for maintenance, will be about four hours. Apparently playtime during the break will still count for Steam quests that have been started.

I'm glad you listened to the constructive criticism, sometimes we're pressed for time and just want the answer, a couple of times I couldn't find a quick answer using a search engine on your hint and just skipped getting the AWA, not complaining, just saying.
You could try it this way if you want to save space in your posts.

I understand correctly that quests in Steam are only one hour of play per week (for each game)? that is, four hours of service per week does not change anything? Or is it updated every day?

Yes, it's the same quests that span the whole week, just one hour needed for each quest. (In principle; I've found sometimes I've had to play for several hours to get it to register - or maybe there just was a long delay.)
