Probably too late, they just got priced.

One was removed or didn't exist on SteamDB, I couldn't even find a subID to use AddLicense from the browser.

Only suggestion I got aside from that is type the numbers yourself--worked for me earlier.

Bruh, I am stupid.
I have this thing running in the background to add all the free licenses, and it gets you ratelimited for an hour when you add 50 licenses. That's why it didn't work. The Free on Demand license is still there.
