Considering I'm playing this atm...what "cluck"?

Do you like linear style games? So far to me it seems mostly battle with a little exploration around midgar thrown in between and missions

I'm actually starting to get disappointed at my purchase...tell me it gets better?
"cluck" i meant something like a snap that happen in my head when playing something and i really like it or some cog "gearing"?

i don't know if i know what linear games are XD, do you mean one that you can only play the history without going to other places, if yes i like them too, but it depends on the game and how i go with it XD?(ik what linear means, but idk if it is the same for games)

and if u're telling about crisis core, hmm it depends, if u played till some part and u liked till that, it will prob get better, crisis core is a game that if u don't like from the start u'll prob never play it again, but yeah, there some parts that i hate in it XD, i just don't remember them well much, but was some mobs...( i played the psp version, never the pc) but if u're having a hard time u can do the missions at the menu of shinra i think?

ps: i don't remember the name, but the thing that is similar to 777 games, i do like that part lol even if i didnt understand when playing say that they didnt remove it pls

Ya same concept..like FF XIII is linear, but there is much more map traversal.

Actually those were giving me the hard time

Mental note, (trophy hunter here), you can get the hard difficulty trophy even if you play the game on normal and just beat the last boss on hard lmao.

I just wanted more exploration, but I've only got to the point of finally having shinra open past the mission room...so I haven't got far enough to know yet.

So far it seems its ALL battle based with story scenes inbetween and when you get limit breaks.

i just hate cloud enough, lol,

i tried some other that my friend has( she is a lover of FF series), but the only i" liked" from now was i think VII(the new version)? i don't remember playing 8 in any place, i still played till chap 2 or 3, i f*c*ing hate cloud.

nah i stopped with the "bullshit myself" if i don't play i ll never play the entire game, do u know how many hours i spent only trying to kill a high level mob that wasnt mean to be killed at the start of the game without advancing the history? if i became crazy about achievments and those things... i don't know if i ll be alive anymore

ps: i did this with assassins creed odissey and with the starwars that was given away on prime, starwars it was a frog boss in some part of the map, and odissey was the hunters, i nearly killed both of them being level 1, but i stopped because i had like 25h of gaming without advancing the history XD

edit:ah i forgot to say that those missions at shinra/menu, is one of the best ways to level up and get items and the "magic" i don't remember well enough, but i think there is fusion too, i only remember using one of the best to heal, one never missseable, and one of high damage.

edit:2 yeas it has a lot of battle, it is similar and also different from " normal" games, still remember playing till midnight or more at my grandmas

You have VII (7) and VIII (8) confused. 7 is cloud, 8 has the modified version of the old game.
, starwars it was a frog boss
I killed that fucker :ROFLMAO:
odissey was the hunters,
Now those guys SUCK, I did the same thing though...I climbed that huge statue near the town at like level 3 and shot one with arrows till he was practically dead and then killed him...got a badass weapon that made the rest a bit easier--but they hound you until late game (always hated them, more than cloud lol)
is one of the best ways to level up and get items and the "magic" i don't remember well enough
Thats what I was working on...got much easier once I got barrier and set it to normal difficulty.

But hard difficulty on the very first mission lets you grind gold for items...on easy you get nothing, so it wasn't a total waste heh.

it's my friend XD, but she shares with steam familly, is 8 good? i may give a try later

yeah, they suck, i encoutered one at a city, so no place to " hide" i tried using all my arrows without getting caught, then hit, "roll" parry

still too expensive XD, my friend ( i always forget how to say in english, when u get a paid game for free in utorrent) and said that the pc version isnt that much of a diff between the psp version, is it true?

We obviously have different tastes in final fantasy, so since I say its terrible, you may actually like it

I played it multiple times and finally beat it once before hanging up my old consoles, but the thing I enjoyed most in that game was the mini-game with cards lol.

Magic spells are items you have to siphon from enemies, attacks are button press timing based for critical hits, etc.

🏴‍☠️ Pirated lol

Crisis Core? I never played my PSP version of it, but I'm using a PSP guide so I assume the general game stayed the same. The graphics are obviously going to be a big difference, although PSP had one of the best portable graphics ever made in those days and could probably actually come close to the "standard" PC graphics of the port, obviously having options makes a big difference (and a 3090 lol)

I'm a completionist, who hasn't completed a game in forever now because of the fact lol.

But I also have my limits...for example I'm missing one trophy for YS: Lacrimosa Of Dana, possibly one of my favorite PC games of all time--even with the constant crashing before durante stepped in to clean up the mess that NIS left I had 99% completion on it (just missing nightmare difficulty), but I refuse to replay it because I can almost call the story word for word when I try, I figure if I ever play it again, I'll do it on nightmare with a NG+ run, if not 🤷‍♂️

I've completed every achievement on every Assassins Creed Game before they introduced MP ones...ironically just for the challenge.

I like challenges, especially doing single player when other players had 3 team members in creed and still smoking it lol...and I like 'some' completion trophies, like get "Everything you should find", other one like "Level up Auramat after you lose Faize" and do all the battle trophies again make me wanna kill myself, that was the last game I ever did THOSE type of trophies on.

I go for the gold from go, for myself...not to show off my private steam profile  because before I was tearing through games so fast that if I didn't I'd go bankrupt lmao.
Something like this happened to me with Lego City Undercover, I liked it so much that I already wanted to go for the other achievements since I consider that they are easy and even provide for more hours of entertainment, for an achievement that was bugged, it left me without completing it. The game I enjoyed the most to complete (it may surprise you) but it is Skyrim, I even think they should have added a more complicated achievement than the ones they really have

Achievement: Complete the game without skipping any conversations

PS: My congratulations for completing the Assassin's, it is merit😁

Finally, got my fucking border

Something like this happened to me with Lego City Undercover
Star Ocean the Last Hope killed it on me...1500 hours, a good 40 on turbo to make one character get 30,000 kills at the end of the game.

It was by far the longest played game in my life (and I enjoyed almost all of it except that), each character has 100 battle trophies (in game) to get one trophy and a few extra skill points to equip better skills...I did them all, didn't even mind killing the fire resistant last archangel bitch from hell (no joke, worst boss ever on top) after twenty randomized levels with bosses using the worst spell caster in the game for that battle.

But when they hot-swapped a character right at end game and gave him a brand new list 🤦‍♂️ that was too much...still I did it, and still I have the fucking system save that gives me my extra skill points on my PS3 :ROFLMAO:

No fucking way was I ever doing that again.

I can't even buy it on steam because I suffered through so much I'd be pissed I didn't have the skill points even if I could manage to force myself to play it...I do highly recommend non completionists to give that game a go, its one of the all time best JRPGs to ever exist, just don't ask me to buy it again
