I'm not seeing that in my account, though I probably wouldn't take it anyway. I'm waiting for more games. I got Sonic Superstars from them a little while back (when there were only 2 copies left!) and I had enough points for Like a Dragon Gaiden as well, but it was already sold out by the time I realized they had new games up.

I see it on mine but it costs 750 points not 400. Must be a regional thing. They sell out so fast that I have no chance of getting one anyway. Is there any way of getting notified whenever they release new rewards? I'm signed up to their mailing list but I don't get emails about these cards, just random promotional junk.

It's like Asus's version of AWA. Fewer tasks to do and takes much less time per day, but rewards are more infrequent and usually not as good. They will occasionally have some nice stuff tho, if you are able to get it before it sells out. ROG - Republic of Gamers｜Global | For Those Who Dare

For the small amount of time it takes daily, it's worth it to grind up points IMO.

Is there any way of getting notified whenever they release new rewards?

Not as far as I know, which is a shame because it would be really useful! It seems like when they do post new stuff, it always happens in a window from like 2am to 5am where I live, and usually near the end of the week (same for AWA's random giveaways and IGN Plus, as well). So I'll sometimes have a shot at scraps by the time I wake up, or if I'm up super late doing stuff and I remember to check I might get lucky. But I miss out on a lot.
