I guessed Summertime Land/Renter, turns out it's Render (not a word you'll learn in Beginner Japanese) so I figured it had something to do with the photo being rendered in Photoshop during the summer or something.
Sometimes I'm only half right, even when the words come directly from English like that. Also, Japanese doesn't have spaces, so I guessed summertime, but it was summer time (with a space).
