I'm realizing landlords suck everywhere...but so do alot of tenants lol.

But the help you can find...all those people are usually more on the landlord side of things, maybe as owners themselves. Some of the advice I see given its obvious they don't look beyond if it had happened to them. So I decided to shove their retarded advice up their ass
