Soulstice actually gets my vote tbh so far as far as what I've played

Probably Helldivers 2 will get GOTY, so far this is probably the best release of the year. But I hope and believe KCD2 will be better since I loved the first one!

So my landlords lawyer lied to me about the next court hearing, saying it was to show which charges we could bring (its really a repeat of last time--nothing more)...I decided to indulge him and went down all the laws and relief I'd be entitled in an actual trial.

Total - $26, 173 (by each law)

Violation of consumer law entitles me to either

x2 = $52, 346 (guaranteed)
x3 = $78, 519 (possible)

+ $500x2x 4 ($4, 000 - Pesticide fines)
+ emotional distress
+ injuries
+ properties damages
+ attorneys costs and fees

x2 or x3 $$$ for those as well.

My settlement offer (they don't want to pay lol) was for $21,750
