Sorry man, i was wrong, this obviously not idiocy but deliberate terrorising you or at least you can prove that these works are dangerous and\or useless the way they are done. So between us they are almost criminals, the only problem is to prove it. I do not know for sure how to do it better in USA, but basically you should capture or fixate somehow the fact of what exactly they are doing. Maybe with police, if u know the time or can stop them yourself and call the cops. Or maybe with video surveillance. Or after the fact to order an expertise of their "work". There obviously should be a way. You should get a consult maybe at least. I know in USA there is a practise of smthg called "stop" orders. Maybe you can forbid them to do that, and order yourself such works with pesticides. And later charge your landlord with the fee for that works, most possibly through the court. I'm just showing options, but u should consult for a better way. GL, and do not let them put your health in danger, it is f...g precious, you know for sure when u start losing it.

Its a bit hard because they know everyone in the units around me closely...so they are staying out of sight...but believe me, i've dug them a nice graveyard
