This brings up numerous questions...like what if a parent passed away while building a library for the kid before they turned 18?

i'm guessing that rule is there more to prevent multiple accounts and account selling...but the fact its there might give some future owner the brain dead idea and fuck everyone.

why would they mind ? someone with brain will know that if someone is building a library at their platform, they will need to spend money and thus receive a part of it XD, it is like selling potatoes, but a person can only buy 1
