Ok, here the rundown...

Really, i want to say stop being so easily offended in a real way, its in humor. Adult humor I admit, but alot of us are old...i really don't hate any lf you enough to report you, so I assure you its one sided if your bothered.

Now that we have that out of the way...this mofo dropped a pre-trial memorandem on my ass at 6 this morning intentionally right when I woke up for trial, without medication for my disabilities (yes if they ban me i'll consider ot discrimination kidding), sick as a dog, etc etc.

It was twelve pages of legal jargon I barely understood enough to slap one togethet so i didnt bother since it would have hurt more than helped.

Instead I decided to type up an emergency motion to continue (delay the case) due to the late filings and other uninteresting factors of my landlord being a true evil pric (I would report him lol), the judge denied me my motion as I should have been prepared (I dont disagree here), BUT gave me 9 more days to file what was due today...which is all the time I really needed.

I originally intended to seek counsel (still going to try) if they did...but it seems they gave me the best chance they could.now I have 9 days to get that done and 14-15 to prepare for a trial.

Seriously I can't deal with drama right now here--please, just ignore it for a couple weeks, i'll try to tone it down as much as I can and I certainly don't have time to be fighting with any lf you, not like I ever enjoyed doing that in the first place

I want to keep this lair free from problems and nothing more, I might crack a joke...but I do that to everyone and not taking offense at minor things not directly in your face insulting will do you more favors in keeping friends I assure you, thats just life advice from an old man

Side note:

I am really disabled although it may not seem it in chatroom, and its a social disability...so the few members here I wont name because its there personal business that I know have issues as well...I certainly understand and i've attempted to be more eased up on you because of it even with jokes...just saying.

We all got our own issues, i'm not perfect and I dont pretend to be, I just try to be the fun in the daily routine because we all need good times

Now I got a lawyer to bury, 18ft deep...so i'll be back when i have time here and there

Big paper requires lots of work.

Court could have dismissed my case entirely over it.

They didnt...but gave me a short leash.

Really though...is that more clear? The entire case could have been scratched (pun intended) over that paper, which requires an ENTIRE list of all my evidence and more legal jargon than i was prepared to battle.

On a side note they actually put up a defense to my disability where i only said they knew about them...never brought it to the table
