They said the key was not found by GOG. It is possible that the entire key was not pasted in the GA. If the key works for you, then try messaging them on the forums here, and cut and paste the key to them in a private message.

It is possible to change feedback by contacting support. I think there's a difference between mistakes, and scamming, but people enjoy hyperbole, so there it is.

As for a lot of people using GOG keys for GAs, yes, they do. It's probably against the rules, but rules are neither clear nor enforced.

Yes, see the part where it is a direct cut and paste with trade creation? It then goes on to say that the person creating the GA can leave feedback, which they can not. Clear? No.

The help section says "You can create non-guaranteed giveaways with serial keys that have already been exposed or unveiled in your IndieGala Library, or that come from elsewhere." Elsewhere, like Amazon keys for GOG for example? Maybe. Who knows?

In order for rules to be effective, they need to be clear, and they need to be enforced. Neither are happening here. Even people that get such low feedback that their accounts are "trade and GA banned" can still create GAs.

The rules here are about as clear as they are enforced, which is to say not at all.
