So...random question.

Anyone here own or ever own a wheel and pedal setup for either PC or console?

Just trying to get some real life opinions on basic crap like product quality and compatibility before I make a leap.

i've read enough online to get the impression that basic users enjoy the Logitech for its general quality for price and most sim racers all seem to prefer the much more expensive but upgradable Thustmaster brand--no surprise since thats how I feel about a PC in general and most real hobbyist like options to find their own comfort zone.

But I trust online opinions and crap like reddit about as much as I trust landlords these days...I'm just trying to get some direct thoughts rather than read 800 pages of clan wars

I just went to grab them and a notification popped up that a game kn my wishlist was on sale...which I no longer want and they block the order button with EVERY single time.

Hey Jugglecuber, been awhile. (avoiding the tag for when you catch up lol)

Yeah, I've been busy with 3 kiddos and getting ready for another on the way. That and playing Baldur's Gate 3, earning side money by taking surveys or playing Mobile games/ other ways, and getting projects done at home. Which has been super useful as I had to sink a lot more money than I wanted to in one of the used cars I bought.

I've also had to devote a lot more time to saving money by shopping around because of inflation and paying for 2 used car loans. Originally we were just going to buy a van, but my mother-in-law took a different job so we had to get me a small cheap car to get to work so the wife could take the kids places like the park or to doctor's appointments. As being stuck at home with soon to be 4 kids would not be healthy for anyone in our family.

It'll take me a while to get caught up to what's going on around here as I'm over 100 pages behind!
