AFAIK that popup has always been there, i get it if i don't refresh the page prior to vault opening, and you also get it if it's already sold out. It won't actually say sold out until you refresh and the site returns a status change to indicate no buy button. your version is loaded thinking it can still be bought and will return an error. unfortunately the error is always a vague "cannot accept at this time" for any reason something can't be obtained, whether too early, sold out, and even vpn.

awa has been around for almost a decade, and it's amazing the site is still duct tape and chopsticks. i think it's run by wordpress so all kinds of funny glitches exist. look up the company that runs it, named in the TOS, it's a tiny number of staff.

Thats not even a question, i'm only waiting to figure out all my bills and decide if I wanna kick the extra $100 for Thrustmaster now or get the one i'll be more comfortable with right this second, both are practically sitting in my cart. i'll have one by the first week of next month at the latest, including getting it shipped.

If dell gave me an extra 7000 DRP it'd be here already lol. I need a shifter.

I prefer to drive automatic, even in games...but you don't race in automatic.

Quite honestly the big problem is I'd wanna stay at my dump just to use it next month so I have to pay rent too. I would have bought it even if I was homeless already.

Actually i'm glad you said something...I totally forgot I do have OTHER credit cards I can be using, gonna get it even faster than that.

I was more having a go at the 8 ball's lack of clear answers. Saying you can have one is obvious, anyone can. Whether they will or not is another matter.

Wouldn't paddles on the wheel be more accurate? I get the RP of a shifter, but I'm not sure how good it is for accuracy.

It has those by default (one of the things better with the Thrustmaster supposedly due to a solid click), but i'm going for the real car feel...and considering I never liked shifting with a gamepad I'm personally probably better off with a real gear shifter. I wont really know until its sitting in front of me but my end game goal is to have the entire vehicle style setup--preferably built onto a real car seat if possible instead of a frame.

It has a mount similar to monitor mounts same as the wheel so it can either clamp to my chair or desk depending how I sit comfortably with everything else. Another reason the choice is a debate, logitechs base wheel is much more car style and a replacement for the thrustmaster is too much for my budget anytime soon.

The issue is that the logitech has NO replacement, so its a one and done.

I'd say more like a static variable on the form...your side says its a go, the server says its a no and there is no synchronization until the page reloads.

This is likely one of the flaws causing the vault to empty before anyone can even see it. If the requests were sent as the button was clicked in real time, it would be an overflow issue where everyone was denied and not getting ridiculous messages. Instead people probably have it auto refreshing at insane rates of speed directly with commands.

Like how some people could click a non-existent button.

This is also the same stupidity that makes my twitch ARP a nightmare on mobile. Its looking for AWA connected and the phone doesn't handle multiple tabs in that way.
