They deleted the comment, and the attachment, but the activation pic was fake. It said 20th of September. At that time, nowhere in the world was the 20th of September, but the 21st or 22nd, depending on timezone.

So it doesn't quite confirm their location.

I'm willing to put some of it down to being on mobile, but the rest was me jokingly making fun of Americans' lack of worldliness and intelligence. It's the same as making fun of Americans being fat, or Florida man, Walmart shoppers etc.
