Hello everyone, how are you?
I got a much bigger problem though. After the site update IndieGala somehow decided to restore my old email address which I no longer have.
I could not log into my account for more than two weeks. I was getting errors [e710] and [e730] all the time. Until I got message "[e1110] Invalid Username or password". I never changed my password so I tried logging in with my old email address and it worked immediately.
WTH?
However now when I go under: “Wallet & Settings” -> “General” and I enter my new email address and click “SAVE“ nothing happens. Before it applied the change and logged me out immediately. I wrote to the support twice but so far I got no reply. They must be very busy.
Sorry to drop in all of a sudden but I have the exact same problem. At first I thought it was just me because my friend here have no problem like that. I logged in and out maybe 50 times in the last few days, cleared cache, tried different browsers, phone and still nothing.
It doesn't show a winner for me either. I think it’s like that for everyone at the moment. My friends who won some keys were able to see them under the "Completed Won" section but others like us cannot access it.

Winners can be seen in Completed created. Wins can be seen in Completed won. That much at least works for me. Obviously there's still a lot of things that need to be fixed.

Well, then I have no idea why everything is showing up for me. Although, to be fair, I've only had 7 wins the whole time.I am still here but everything else is the same: I can't see "Completed won" giveaways nor link my Steam account.
But it's only been 3 weeks since the 48hrs maintenance started. If we give IG some time - a year or two - they'll probably fix one or two of dozens of errors. Maybe.

Do you see a winner other than "avatar?" Is anyone winning these giveaways? I just "completed to check" giveaways and it cleared them all finally and the latest expired giveaway showed up. It looks like things are slowly improving.

Yes, after automatic feedback is left, they show up in Giveaways won. Now that we can check them, they also show up in Giveaways won.
