I know, but this game was made by Russian developers and they officially reported that for Russians it will be possible to buy it only in VK Play - this is an officially announced method, because of which the statistics of online Steam are not complete, as if this game could be bought there by Russians

Pretty easy when you know how. Keep the weapon upgrades. Saw alternates between sides, so you can anticipate which side it will come from. Shoot the things before you get overwhelmed.
