ya its a shame I wanted it on steam myself...i'll still activate it but I likely won't play it on EA.
Oh don't worry it will end up at some point like 90-95% discount knowing EA, I like that about them. I bought quite a lot of their games for expensive prices if I knew today they would be like 1.99-3 euro I would have waited. I paid like 7.99 for Battlefield 3 thinking it might be next after they delisted Bad Company 2, but I'm okay with it. I like it when other big companies are in desperate situations like Ubisoft started discounting their games.

And some I played very much like Battlefield 1 and that was worth the 5 euros spent, usually I don't play multiplayer games, but that one I can't resists when I have to wait very much I open and play

So I decided to download it from Epic and to be honest I feel like it looks better, I didn't get to play it very much since I was very tired and didn't sleep enough. I appreciate the free upgrade in graphics and performance it's not that bad for me at least for single-player and I'm very sure I won't touch multiplayer. I know there were problems when transferring and that's why the reviews were bad.

I dont even own it so i'd be stuck with that version regardless. Bought it once and refunded it.

Offline play though...yeah it won't matter much there except for them shoving a kernel up your backside 🤷‍♂️

yeah, I think I did the same a few years ago refunded GTA 5, and bought Rust instead, but I'm glad it went free on Epic and I completed it there like 2-3 times. I wish Rust had single player too and I claim Twitch drops for Rust, but didn't play seriously for a long time if it had SP I would just mess around alone and yeah I know I can join a empty server and play it that way or PVE, but there is nothing like offline SP

Every time PDX Entertainment releases a DLC everything is perfectly balanced as you expect, even the reviews

One of the best stories I've ever read. Definitely the best in VNs (Let's leave my interest in the Sakura series outside the story).
At first, everything is relatively quiet and calm, but with each episode of each game something approaches, you can get distracted by new strange characters or events, but as a result, the authors do not lose the thread of the story and the expectations in the finale of the third game are fully justified.
I played all the games on DS, then on 3DS, only the last parts about Phoenix's grandfather I did not play, because they were not translated on 3DS. (I wonder if someone has already adapted the translation of the PC release for 3DS, hm?)

That interest is fitting in a conversation involving me and VNs these days

If I wasnt already interested...I am now, unfortunately playing games is so far on my back burner at the moment, even Trails of Cold Steel IV got to the beggining of actually controing characters and then I just saved and stopped. For what its worth I thoroughly enjoyed even that brief intro as well as FF XIII, but I think its going to be awhile before I have the mentality to invest in a game, it was hard enough before with my lack of patience...much more so with something always needing to be done and my situation where I live coming to a turning point.

I appreciate the opinion...and ptb willing i'll get the chance to give you my own opinion of it down the road...right now I only have one focus, two I suppose, but only one worth discussing here.

Time is always against me it seems.

Yep, the only thing that can prevent you from playing is the game time. These are quite big games, and all three are... ugh.
But the trilogy, although it has a logical conclusion, still has a direct (and also good) continuation. And it's also a trilogy! Appolo Justice Trilogy, although it has a new main character, he still remains in the shadow of Phoenix. (There is actually a fourth game, but it is a crossover, and I'm not sure if it will ever be re-released).
Plus there is a series of two spin-offs, re-released as Ace Attorney Investigations, which is also good! Yes, it is not directly related, but there are the same beloved (really!) characters, and they have their own interesting story and relationships.

This is actually why I love Trails so much, the characters grow up but remain the same (through each arc), Trail of Cold Steel 4 is actually the final game and concludes that arc, but also mixes in the characters from the other games like Trails from Zero (I just played) and Azure (in progress) right from the start...mixing almost all the previous ones...then there is Trails Into Reverie which is the definitive crossover of all the arcs i've been playing, it was also on sale and a really hard choice...one I could only make by going in story order tbh since they both have most of my favorite characters. Fie is my speed demon death god and all time favorite character aside from Estelle from the original Trails in the sky (my first at least--and definitely most entertaining due to her)

I get deep into this myself, but I have a different genre I'm truly addicted too, and surprise!!! its not racing :ROFLMAO:

If we ever get the chance i'd like to step out of ren'py and make an actual RPG, with an NSFW story made in C or something along those lines, classic jrpg with a smutty twist (no rpgmaker shit)

The first real ARPG :p that everyone wants and nobody makes.

Whats that, my patreon just gained 500 subs and made 20k for me to find a home?

Ya no surprise :ROFLMAO:

Honestly even if I mentioned that it wouldnt surprise me if it happened lmao.

Obviously its a joke, but man that game would be 🔥

And if I ever really had a dream as a programmer, its an RPG hands down...i'd do it.

Unfortunately, obligations...one game at a time. Then I can start beating ivo into the concept.

I hate giving myself ideas right now...but its obvious I didnt give up on life, life just gave up on me heh.

I'd have to literally build myself a log cabin in the woods first to survive the stain this scumbag left on my life, even disabled housing went out the window due to the eviction...i am in all senses of the word...shit out of luck. The lawsuit was all or nothing.

All over greed, bunch of palm greasing rich prics kissing each others asses.

You wonder why I hate it so much...its not the small things I gripe about...its the big things i've been forced to live through over it. Greed only grows greedier.

'Beware of overconcern for money, or position, or glory. Someday you will meet a man who cares for none of these things. Then you will know how poor you are.'

Right up there with...

' The only gold you take to your grave is your heart' --That ones mine.

Irony is even if you were buried with it someone will dig up your grave to steal it  i believe we call archeology instead of grave robbing these days lmao.

Ah well...thanks for the moment of hope...its always nice to get that adrenaline of desire running, I gotta try to catch some sleep, its been overly brutal and obnoxious here the past few weeks since warm weather is coming and pot season switched to new plants

I'll catch you all on the flipside.

I want you all to know, no matter how life turns out...I consider this place more of a home than where I lay my head at night.

Cheers for that 🍻
