Same here (when using a browser) but I managed to claim with GOG Galaxy app. Try it if you think that they've made a mistake but I doubt it.

GOG site is always down, or busy.

between this and gog i'm thinking this may be a mistake.

It's been free multiple times on various platforms, as well as the non Redux original, and Last Light Complete, so they really want to give this thing away. It's well beyond its peak sell date, so not losing much by giving it away.

"Living the high life" is still used, just not that often. It has nothing to do with drugs specifically. Although that is less about relaxation, and more about "living it up" meaning luxurious. You could still be living the high life while relaxing.
