Wait till I get back and have like 20 days to fight an entire appeal and 45 or so before i'm homeless
Maybe he just enjoys being himself at home.Luckily it looks like he's doing community service on parole (or in hell)...so i'll get over it![]()
They burned a building down and calling them obese or fat was over the top?
They set fire to a door, but didn't burn the building down. They likely got hungry before they could burn any more, and had to stop. The charges include mischief endangering life, and mischief over $5k. In Canada, mischief is a crime. They burned a building down and calling them obese or fat was over the top?![]()

I like the end...they don't like to be caught in a lie in a small matter of that kind![]()
Victorian Strangeness: The lawyer who shot himself proving his case
Author Jeremy Clay tells the strange story of the 19th Century lawyer who accidentally shot himself while demonstrating the innocence of a defendant in a murder trial.www.bbc.com
In 1871 a man was shot, and there was some confusion about who shot him. The man that was charged was found not guilty after his lawyer drew the victim's gun in court, shooting himself in the process, and later dying. A second man later attempted the same stunt, also shooting himself, and also dying. The acquitted man was of course shot some time later, in an unrelated incident. 'Merica!
I've never seen it, but it reminds me of the old film where a gun had a habit of firing back at the shooter and of course in one desperate situatuon fired properly and killed the baddie...that just keeps coming to mind talking about all these accidental shootings...mind you i've fired a few guns, loaded and dry. Its pretty hard to fucking shoot yourself unless your a retard as long as your aware of the possibility and the weapon itself and its not in a stack of junk just sitting there hidden. This is why i'm a fan of glocks, double safety for stupidity, one behind the trigger and in front. You can spin them on your fingers without concern--although I wouldnt suggest doing it regardless.Speaking of guns and court cases. I watched Rust the other day, well I started. It was so boring I didn't get very far into it. Anyway, there seemed to be some confusion on whether the gun could fire without touching the trigger. Initial tests showed it could not, however later tests showed that when all chambers were loaded, it was possible for it to fire without touching the trigger.
Also, no one seems to put any blame on the woman that got shot. No ballistic shield. As the cinematographer, she was likely examining the (video) shot and wanted to see what it would look like as Baldwin pointed the gun at the camera. Of course the trial never got that far, but it seemed odd to me that everyone blamed Baldwin for pointing it at her, but no one blamed her for intentionally looking down the barrel.
In both Rust's case, a replica, and the 1871 gun, they weren't made with safety in mind. The three people in the 1871 case that shot themselves did so while drawing the gun from their side, presumably hidden by a jacket. Not sure exactly how, since no video, but it likely caught on something and they shot themselves in the torso. Its pretty hard to fucking shoot yourself unless your a retard
At least the killer has a target in mind![]()
I was.looking before I read thatUnclear who this guy's target was. Look at his eyes.
Yeah you could tell by the gun it was an old western, but still...the second guy?In both Rust's case, a replica, and the 1871 gun, they weren't made with safety in mind. Just because two guys shot themselves trying to pull out that model of gun doesn't mean it's going to...but still...the second guy?
Better than prison I suppose. At least the guy that got charged with the initial murder had the sense to be shot and killed in a completely unrelated way.
