If I die in a conflict with Russia, so goes the world. American nuclear posture is to nuke the rest of the world so no one else can supplant the US globally. Americans aren't doing the fighting or dying. The Ukrainians are. It is sad. Every creature fights over territory. The Ukrainians have a right to fight for their land just as much as the Russians have a right to fight for their people. Ukraine got some money but most of it went back to the US military industrial complex. We bought ourselves new stuff while unloading the old stuff onto Ukraine!

Who is that paragraph attributed to? I didn't hear Zelensky say that in the video and it doesn't sound like something he would say.

But everything mentioned about the US is true - they fuel conflicts around the world to maintain US hegemony and generate profits for their military industrial complex. All their proclamations about democracy, human rights, international law, etc are just a fig leaf to hide their true intent. They conveniently trample over all those principle whenever it suits them, as exemplified by the current seige and destruction of Gaza (mostly killing civilians). The US is a rogue state.

Now they're ratchting up rhetoric against Iran and China in preparation for their next set of wars. It's a real sh*t show.

The paragraph was my understanding and opinion based on listening to former American military, intelligence, and academic professionals like:

The video is about Zelensky being mocked by Azov when he asked them to pull back the weapons in 2019 according to the translation in the video. I think it demonstrates that he has no power. The US could've had any political regime in Israel it wanted because it survives on American military aid, but it chose a regime that annexed Palestinian land and made sure Hamas got its Qatari money in order to divide and conquer the Palestinians: Netanyahu: Money to Hamas part of strategy to keep Palestinians divided

Again stop blaming the US and start blaming the flaming idiot in charge of the US. Our country had principals when the presidents did, and we handled shit...shit nobody else would step in at all.

Whole worlds gone downhill.

And dude...we're not preparing to or going to war, the whole country is stoned stupid--we'll be lucky if we have a military in twenty years.

I'm not defending the idiots running this place...but i'm getting irritates by people claiming they know whats going on here the same way I see them doing it with russia by watching online BS...you really have zero clue.

What your all faing to see is NATO, it ties our hands by legalities...thats the problem. Aside from idiots anyways. We made a pact to not get involved and if we break it all the major powers are free of its rules as well, including russia.

Which mind you might actually be their real end goal in this attack.

Now i'm not saying they're doing a good job here...but if your.going to read pot shot stories, at least be able to think beyond the page. there are much bigger situations and realities we dont take into consideration on a daily basis that affect these decisions.

As much as I dont like how my country is going right now...we still built the foundations for the major powers staying united and free from war, the problem is just like laws in court that there are loopholes in all agreements and people will take advantage of them...like Putin is right now, and if we break our own laws by attacking, it all falls apart.

At least understand and respect the damn jenga board we had to build to hold it all together worldwide before blaming us for everything.

If you think the US is the base of all the problems in the world...then I'd love to see what happens if we just threw down the gauntlet and all the treaties we made with all the other major powers.

It would be absolute chaos. This war between russia and ukraine likely would have become the next world war. It seems bad until you look at what it.may have been instead. Its a shit deal built on a fragile balance...but its better than the alternative.

Trump was pretty much in charge of his Twitter account in his first term. He even lost control of that. Online conspiracy theory? Check the video that I posted that Froggy quoted. Zelensky met up with Azov and Azov basically told Zelensky that they weren't going to pull back their weapons that they were using to attack the Donbas by mocking him. The civil war in Ukraine started in 2014 with the Euromaidan. The war had been going on for 8 years in the Donbas. In 2022, Ukraine was about to lay the smack down on the Donbas, and Russia chose to intervene to protect ethnic Russians.

I agree "we made a pact to not get involved." Bush I made a deal with Russia, no eastern expansion of NATO, and we broke that promise, and we see the results in Ukraine. Trump has a lot to negotiate with Russia but lacks the capability to do so. Russia probably would like the missile silos in Poland that are nuclear capable removed. They give Russia just enough time to react and shoot their own nukes at us. Our leaders lack the imagination to create a new security architecture that provides better security for all. Nice quote by the way, although reading an entire book about wise words does not prove your point and kind of looks like a foolish escape for someone who doesnt know what they're saying themselves. I have the same feeling about lawyers quoting past law decisions and I refuse to do so in my own legal documents most of the time.

Its like saying it made sense for this situatuon so we should adhere it to the current one because it seemed right at the time. If thats the case, then we could just say 'they drew first blood' and call it a day :LOL:
