On a note of buying things Robocop* is back on sale for 4.99 on Steam.

You know you use DOS too much when Robocop gets auto-corrected with Robocopy

Even cheaper in key shops, I bought mine when it was around $ 5 in key shops. But it's worth it, and also the new game that will release will have a decent price, too, discounted by 30% from 30.00$ to 20.85$

I said we could make a realistic looking and feeling bot with artificial skin. We can almost get them to move and speak funactionaly well. We don't have the complete package yet.

We are pretty close, actually japan has recreated some human parts recently using AI. I forget what exactly, but it was flesh or limbs.

I refrained, up until now, from mentioning slavery or harvesting human parts to integrate into the bot, to protect your delicate sensibilities.

Another possibility would be using technology to keep a body preserved, and control its movement. That would eliminate the realism issue.

I just grabbed the Mega Man X Legacy collectionb1+2 from shops when I saw it on sale at fanatical knowing my luck its going in a humble bundle next

It was also listed here for 4.99$, but if I remember correctly, it's very hard to buy since it's a limited stock and it always gets out of stock because I wanted to buy it before when I had galacredits. For sure, it's gonna be listed again

Ya, but the bundle was pricey IIRC and it was the top tier it was in...I own the kther collections except the network ones so it wasn't worth it for me personally...from another Humble Bundle of course

I would uave been buying it just for that game since I buy most fresh capcom or bandai bundles from Humble all the time.

Yeah, I understand, it's because the next Robocop release is in 2 days, really nice from them to do that since very few devs list them for good prices and discounts before release. I'm curious to see how long is this new one!

The other thing is that it would probably get boring. Unless you're really into bots, ultimately, that's all you're doing. It's just a doll. I don't own a doll, and don't want one. Too much trouble for something that will just end up in a pile with all the other gadgets people buy and immediately lose interest in.

I'm more interested in bots that do chores and security. That seems like it would be useful. Cleaning, taking out trash, that kind of thing. Ideally we wouldn't need security, but people are trash, and it's only getting worse, so we do need it.

But most importantly, she looks back.

In all seriousness though, she's an immortal robot with a quiet personality that exists to keep Haruhi from destroying the world. I enjoyed it a lot, but there are multiple versions, and some of the later stuff wasn't that great IMO. They made her not a robot for one thing, which completely defeats the purpose of her. The Endless Eight exists, and then they never really finished the story in the anime, and I didn't really care enough to delve into the source material.

IG shows some sign of social media life with single title giveaways, like neverwinter, but even on those, the links are wrong, the engagement is low, and contains typos. it advertised a giveaway on discord but there's no ongoing giveaway there since april or something.
