The bad thing about making me fight more legal battles is i'm a human spongue with a vendetta, I've found five more ways to burn the world around his family and the legal system just in the last 2 days...also occured to me he's commiting tax evasion at the same time.

Ok everybody, new plan now that i've nearly passed the bar...I go get licensed as an attorney and everyone else think of the most asinine reason they can find in life to sue some company and i'll fight the trial for you at a small fee of 69% after which you can sue my law firm for charging too much that i'll get hired at specifically for this reason and we split that money

I actually just wrote up my request for relief from the appeal court...something along the lines of.

1) Dismiss the landlords claim (permanently) and/or have it struck from the record.
2) Award damages for my claims, adjusted to account for rent paid between the case and now.
3) Award double or triple that amount for a claim never decided.
4) Any other relief they decide (this is general and gives them the ability to add extra lol)

I also passed a message to his lawyer IN the court paper saying I was having the health department fine him and noting he wasnt getting access until after they did another inspection so he couldnt avoid those fines now that he knows about it

Thank you bratik, all I can do is hope they're not corrupt or friends of his too. My legal reasoning is solid and right...and it will definitely be done before they get a chance to read the one I sent messed up so they should have no real reason to refuse the fixed one.

Well...thats all I can do now If they fuck me its going nationwide public news story.
