Nope, looks like he just took matters into his own hands and support still hasn't gotten to fulfilling his request: Account Deletion Request
It's kind of ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops and hope they do it for you, rather than just having a "Delete account" button somewhere in your profile settings.

Exactly.. I was also wondering why not just have a "Delete Account" feature within the profile page. Self deletion is much more efficient than to have some human intervention for it.. Saves the support precious time to deal with something else say.. Giveaway abusers..

No wonder when I was checking his account yesterday there were only post like Title ".", content "." on threads he created (He could have deleted all other posts he made). But now it has been changed to "ClosedAccount" and the Account Deletion thread is deleted. Does it mean it is really closed by support? Doesn't seem to me like we can close/delete threads we opened ourselves.. Well I can't tell exactly tbh.. :unsure:
