Anything you implement is good, as long as it supports the goals/principles you intend to achieve. I don't know if the following is better, but at the least it would be less of a PITA for you...

You could simply put the winners on a timeout - i.e. exclude them from X (eg. 2) upcoming raffles; that's it, nothing else.

This way you'd still maintain the goal of increasing the chances of the (so far) unlucky, but with the added benefit of:
- limiting the number of counters to keep track of (only the timeouts for the winners, instead of boosters for every single potential player) and simplifying the augmentation (just a simple exclusion filter, instead of various odds modifiers)
- increasing the likeliness that the games go to people who really want to appreciate them. The current system enables harvesting odds boosters - for future draws, and keys - for the sake of it (which would not be likely to happen if it caused exclusion from future draws with - potentially - something one might actually want to play).

I know you're trying to make it as fair as you possibly can and get everyone to win at least once and whatever you come up with is okay with me . Thanks for doing this again and I'm sorry for joining the red orchestra draw, I thought I didn't have the Dlc for that but silly me only found that I had it after draw was over .

Good suggestions for the weekly draw I really appreciate it! I will certainly tweak the system so that everyone has a fair chance of winning and no one is able to farm for extra chances. We shall do 1 more draw for this week using the old system and from next month onwards (if we still have more games on the list) we will move towards a different system that will also lessen my load for tracking. More work in progress
