you can use it to play gameplay giveaway challenges or for entering giveways , whatever you do don't use it to reset malus , it ain't worth it . Let me know if you need more detailed explanation

You get 10 GalaSilver per hour, maximum 240. So use them!

I only do the giveaways. There you start with level 0. You cannot participate in giveaways with a higher level.
You have to do giveaways yourself to level up.
Edit: Oh, and some people cheat with the giveaways. So you could get an alpha/beta key or a key that after some time gets retracted. Or even keys that you cannot activate on Steam. And you could get a key that is already activated. If you have won a giveaway the feedback goes automatically to positive after a few days, so don't wait to long with your feedback.

Other people do the challenges, but I never got the hang of that. Winning a feudalife challenge gives you a game instantly. But the key can be a dupel Almost winning gives you something else, Galacredits I believe.

And btw: you are not blind. :cool: The site of IndieGala is chaotic in a peculiar way. I found the place to check if had won a giveaway, but it was after weeks participating. And I had already won some giveaways! :ROFLMAO:

The two things you can do with your GalaSilver are:

- Play rounds of Feudalife Challenges (aka The Massive Gameplay Giveaway).
It's 10iS per play, and you can win a little bit of GalaCredit if you get close to completing a challenge, or a Steam key for a game if you complete a challenge. It may take a while to practice if you're starting out, but you should be able to earn plenty of keys. I myself usually earn 2 to 3 keys a day, but that's after a good bit of practice and knowing how the challenges work, and I've seen people claim they've gotten, like, 5 keys a day.
Also, if you're wondering, it isn't really worth it to decrease your malus via using your GalaSilver - it costs 50iS to regain one single second, and unless you end up playing the bean minigame, it's not worth it since the malus resets the next day anyway.

- Enter giveaways in the Giveaways section of the site.
The cost of entering usually varies on the giveaway and how expensive the game is - could be just 1iS, or it could cost 40iS. It'll take a pretty long time to actually win something, but you'll win a giveaway eventually. There's also some 'mega-cheaters', and people that don't give you keys when you end up winning a giveaway, so it's often risky entering a giveaway that doesn't have a guaranteed key, anyway.
Giveaways in gray is non-guaranteed, giveaways in blue are guaranteed, and giveaways in red and has 'Extra Odds' is guaranteed and allows you to enter multiple times, and it's often that the red ones are official Indiegala giveaways.

Katana Zero is also very nice to have aside from Firewatch and Spelunky 2. A way out is good if we have a friend to bug and play with 😂
The rest of the games on the list are really good games to have as well. If the list is true that alone beats what they had given out last year for Christmas ;)
